Her hair is both long AND cut, so I'm not sure how it appertains to 1 Corinthians 11:15.

But it doesn't appear to be a covering, so then it's bad.

It looks like some kind of queer marriage to me. The "bride" is really a man. Women don't wear mohawks. See people, this is what the homosexual agenda is trying to accomplish. They want to make a mockery of traditional one man + one woman + one Jesus marriage.
