America has had thousands of years to intergrate the different races into the general sociaty and there is still big problems with this "blacks vs whites" attitude. Well Australia has only been populated by whites for a couple of hundred years and our issues aren't as big as the problems in America. Give us at least 500 years and see how our issues are then.
