Apparently, a 15 year old boy in India wrote a "love letter" to some harlot from a lower caste than his. The townspeople were so outraged that they shaved his head, paraded him through the streets and then tossed him under a moving train to punish him for his indiscretion.
As usual, it's obvious how much of this could have been avoided if these unwashed heathens would ever accept CHRIST and the Bible.
First of all, the rebellious young man would have known that 2nd Corinthians 6:14 says, Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Secondly, the people in town would've simply thrown him into the middle of the street, and pelted him with large stones until he died. This is much cleaner and more humane than throwing somebody under a train!
