Hanging by the neck from a tree is dangerous work and best left to experts. Mexicans are notorious do it yourselfers, which is why the wiring in their houses shorts out every other day and the house burns down about twice a month. This is another incidence where trying to save a few dollars has resulted in disaster. Worse, this poor departed wretch is likely a Roman Catholic and thus has died unsaved. That's the prescription for a swift trip down to Hell.
