If you ask for my opinion, I am completely outraged by the fact that schools are strip-searching 13 year old girls. I'm just as outraged that schools violate civil rights for searching kids for contraband, drugs, or weapons. This reminds me of a case back in Oakland a couple years back. A 15 year old boy and his friends were smoking some marijuana in the bathroom when a school aide walked in. The boy stuffed the marijuana pipe in his pockets. The aide, unconstitutionally searched the boy and found the marijuana which led to his suspension.

Searching people is unconstitutional! The aide had no right to search the boy nor did the school have a right to suspend him. I'm also angry that police officers are able to search "suspects". This is clear violation of the 5th amendment. Not to mention the humiliating full body cavity searches they submit innocent prisoners to when transferring between facilities.

Just goes to show the Constitution is dead in this fascist country!

The police in that Oakland case had every reason to strip search that young boy and insert a fiber optic cable into his rectum. They smelled smoke, the kid shoved something into his pants and the kid had a Muslim sounding last name. It was logical to assume the kid of was terrorist hiding a IED.

Yes, some people will be humiliated, traumatized and someone times killed but that iswhat we have to do to keep people safe.

Anyway after the physical therapy the kid functions fine so why the crying about the head blow? You liberals are just a bunch of carebears.

Then how do you explain Conservative Justices Roberts, Alito, and Scalia voting that the strip-search is illegal then?

We've been though this before. Catholics, like Mormons and members of other religions that are socially conservative but not True Christian™, are politically useful in this life, even though they are damned in the next.
