LOOOL this post is so full of fail i just had to make an account and post something.

ok let me tell you about us atheists.

We're just rational thinkers. we don't think there is a god because there's no evidence for it, no decent argument has been put forth, and evidence has been shown against his/her existence.

As for morality; atheists get their morality from their brains, cuz we're all born with it. someone said that we don't believe in morality and we should go back to acting like animals. but wait a minute; we ARE animals and other animals are moral!!! In fact, animals are Godless and they're getting along MUCH BETTER THAN US!!!!!!!! Seriously, when's the last time you saw a polar bear kill a brown bear just cause he's brown? When did a group of salamander commit genocide on another group of salamanders?!? When was the last time you saw a chicken kill another chicken cuz his imaginary Almighty Chicken in the sky told him it was a good idea. animals are decent people; you religious maniacs are overlooking everything.

We're rationalists; we use our minds to make the best decisions for everything in life. we don't stick to doctrine or dogma such as the Quran, Bible, Gita, etc.. atheism isn't wrong. it's just natural. we're all born atheists. i can prove it. did you come out of your mom wearing a cross? a hijab? nope! you come out naked and Godless! and then religion poisons your mind...

the stats prove it. clear -thinking leads to a better world (which includes no religion). a society needs spirituality to function well, but certainly not religion. religion is no where near spirituality nowadays.

Don't tell me, tell cats who leave their pray alive just to play with it, animals that rape (pretty much all of them), and I could go on. Anyway this comparism is moot because animals are guided by INSTINCT not thought, they do not make decisions the way humans do. If you're expecting people to be moral by instinct you might as well tell a human baby to walk a few minutes after being born, the way horses can.

atheism isn't wrong. it's just natural. we're all born atheists.

So you don't need to do anything. Except breed, which atheists don't, why Western Civilization is being overwealed by barbarians, just like the fall of Rome.

You think atheisism means people believe nothing. Actually, atheism means people believe ANYTHING. Just look at all the new-age crap that people believe in so called "secular" places.

Most of that is correct. As a devout and believing Christian, I say there is no scientific evidence showing the existence of God. You are right.

God has a reason for making it so...

Man comes to God on his knees, in humbleness, in hopelessness. Man must choose God through pure belief, without evidence, without proof, without logic, without anything but faith. That's the way God wants it.

As is written in the apocryphal Book of Saint Leonard, "Every heart to love will come, but like a refugee."

As far as the last phrase, "...evidence has been show against [God's] existence", I imagine you refer to the problem of evil. Without going into the analysis, it boils down to this: if God made everything then He made moral evil; a perfectly good being would not create evil; and therefore a perfectly good Being does not exist.

Again neglecting the well-worn arguments of conventional Christianity -- because I can refute them all -- I will say this: God needs to create moral evil in order to punish His lovely human children.

Read the Bible. God's vengeance and vindictiveness are unmistakable from the first book to the last, from Genesis to Revelation.

Why?

It is blasphemy to question God's nature. BLASPHEMY! He is what He is, and we can only grovel before Him in our fallen shame and our debased ignorance. For in the True Christian view that is the nature of unsaved man: shame, sin, ignorance, filth, perversion.

And that is the nature of ATHEISM! Sin! Ignorance! Filth! Perversion!

Only when you cast yourself upon God's mercy -- without hope, logic, or evidence -- only then can you be saved! If you reject that step, you know what will happen: Hellfire.

The difficulty in which this atheist (OP) finds himself, is poetic. Science and God agree one thing: neither science nor God is interested in democracy.

God opens up the ground beneath 20,000 who wanted to vote out Moses and they fall into a bottomless pit of fire.

Science says it doesn't matter how many people belief something, it is only when the truth (so-called) is known that an idea becomes a Law.

Thus, the fact that 93% of scientists deny God, is no recommendation even by their own standards.

Ok i'm not here to insult, troll or spam. I'm just here to represent the Atheist position. There is a great deal of ignorance that has been created due to the segregation of religions. As a result Christians don't understand Muslims who don't understand Hindus who don't understand Jews who don't understand atheists who don't understand Buddhists, etc... So i'm here to break the ignornace of atheists, who we are , what you believe, what we do etc, cuz the couple of responses i got from the people are clearly making it up. As the man above clearly demonstrates

Ok listen Atheism, simply put, is "I don't believe in God." We have morals, rules and beliefs about the origins of the universe, species (including man), where we're going, who we are, etc. We are a belief group. In fact ,we're 4th largest in the world after Christianity, Islam and Hinduism, with about 850,000,000 atheists, agnostics, secularists and non-religious.

Give me any question, I'll gladly let you know where I stand on things.

And yes we're moral. Name me a moral thing that a religious person can do that a non-believer can't do?.. Take your time Now name me an immoral thing that a religious person can do that a non-believer can't do? I bet you've already thought of 10 things. What other type of person other than a religiously motivated person will look at a new-born baby and say "how beautiful, what a miracle! Now let's cut off a piece of his/her genitals/genitalia"? Name a non-believer who will fly a 2 planes into a building if he/she didn't think they will get laid in the afterlife? Atheists are moral; leave us alone.
