    OK. Let me get this straight, having children interact with imaginary creatures in a video game that promotes the ideals of honesty, love, friendship and unity is going against a religion that promotes honesty, love, friendship and unity? Now explain to me how being read to from a story book is any different. Don't get me wrong I fully agree with the base ideas of Christianity, however, I think a lot of things have been lost in translation. Personally as an atheist I live my life the way I see fit, I try to be pleasant, polite and friendly to everyone and I do things that give me pleasure, happiness and contented feelings. I was taught that Christians were supposed to show love for all things, however the majority of people I see on here seem to peddle hate and fear. Your "god" is an unconfirmed story, a work of fiction that was designed to promote wellbeing in all people. Pokémon is a work of fiction, designed to promote wellbeing in children. Now you tell me how they are any different.

      It is good that you agree with the fact that anyone who is not a Christian, will end up in hell. This is why pokemon is so bad. If you are not with Christ, you are against Him. Pokemon is not with Jesus, so it is automatically evil.

          Essentially you are saying that if it does not directly state that it agrees with Christianity then it is automatically evil? If they share the same ideas and principles how can they be any different? I personally believe that you fanatics and extremists are the true enemies of Christianity. You claim to follow these beliefs blindly in order to protect your soul; how can you have a soul if you have no original thoughts? You are basically puppets, hollow beings devoid of creativity, open minded thoughts, coherent arguments and measured responses. What if you people are the ones sent by Satan to scare the rest of us into bowing down to beliefs that we may not necessarily agree with. That is terrorism, to bully others with the threats of immortal damnation and suffering in order to command their obedience. That is terrorism at it's most clever.

            As I said, if you are not with Jesus you are against Him and will end up in hell. You should read the bible yourself and stop guessing what it's really about. It's not too late to make things right with Jesus. Unless you have blasphemed against the Holy Ghost. Then it's too late.

              I have read the bible, I don't believe anyone should argue against a point they do not fully understand, I have also read the very hungry catepillar. After reading The Very Hungry Catepillar I did not immediatly go outside and begin to try to converse with one, I understood the message and tried to apply it to my life. Get the message?

                Well, I wouldn't put it that way. But then again, I don't have to. Jesus already told us that those who are not with Him are, by definition, against Him (Matthew 12:30).

                  How can a "God" that is claimed to love all his children, want them to feel fear? True love is not born of fear, respect births love, fear only creates hate. To fear and to obey? Adolf Hitler had a similar philosophy...

                    The difference is God is perfect. That means when God punishes us, like drowning humanity like rats with The Flood, God is doing the moral thing. Since Obama is imperfect that means he kills people like Vince Foster out of pure vindictiveness.

                      Who say he is perfect? What power gave this figure that claim of authority? Is it because when this was created no one was around to argue against it so every just said, "yeah sure whatever". This religion surfaced thousands of years ago, human intelligence has matured since then, this very forum you are using to promote your beliefs was created with advanced levels of human intelligence. If you claim that science is evil and blasphemous, why do you use the fruits of it's efforts? If it is so evil, why are you supporting it by using this platform? If you want to openly attack science, don't do it by using science.

                                I am sick of your, if they don't agree make them, attitude. So if you don't agree with me I should what? Beat you until you see things my way, stone you until you agree with me? It's a cowards way of dealing with the idea that you may be wrong. And I don't care how may "infractions" I receive, the truth is there are a lot of poor children out there being horribly mistreated by idiots that can't admit that they may not be right.
