Yeah, that's deep Sam. We cite these passages all the time when asked why we don't kill witches or homers. We are commanded to follow the secular laws.

Perhaps I wrongly classified you as a fellow works based believer. Your posting of Acts 5:29 would seem to state that we Christians should not follow man's laws, but the laws of God, and by extension, the man wearing the pointy hat. (Not that brutish fellow who infracted me, but the one you claim to not worship in Rome.)

Plan on bringing back the inquisition are you? Next, you'll be calling for 50 shekels of silver for the father of the girl who gets raped and forcing marriage to the rapist. Or will you decide that is outdated and we should only follow what the Pope says?
