I found this website because of Ricky Gervais on his world famous podcast which had over 300,000,000+ downloads. But I saw that this website is just a Christan forum, I found that out online, but it says this is taken very seriously.

It has come to my attention that not only are many of our members unable to correctly recite all of The Ten Commandments, but those who can remember even a few, invariably get the sequence wrong.

Let me set the record straight: The commandments do not come in a random sequence. With the exception of the 7th Commandment -- an obvious anomaly -- the Commandments appear in order of severity. The harsher the punishment, the closer to the top.

I hope this handy color chart will make the intrinsic beauty of God's word more comprehensible to all:

Commandment	Alert Level	Punishment
1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.	Severe	Genocide. Entire cities with men, women, children and animals must be killed. (Deuteronomy 2:33-34, Numbers 21:34-35, 1 Samuel 15:2-3, Joshua 6:21. Joshua 10:40) In some cases you can keep the girls alive for raping. (Numbers 31:15-18)
2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image	Severe	Genocide. Entire cities with men, women, children and animals must be killed. (See above.)

8. Thou shalt not steal.	Guarded	Excessive fines or slavery: (Exodus 22:1-3). Only in rare cases such as stealing slaves, capital punishment (Exodus 21:16). Thieves caught in the night are to be executed (Exodus 22:1-3)
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.	Low	Despisement and scorn (Proverbs 12:8)
10. Thou shalt not covet . . .	Low	Despisement and scorn (Romans 7:7-8)

Since the original post seems to be getting neglected, I thought I'd bump it here.

Also, I have a question: What about the 11th Commandment of 10, not to seethe a kid in its mother's milk?

(Note: Here, a "kid" references a baby goat, not a human child. Seriously, how many women would put out enough milk to boil a baby in? Don't be ridiculous.)

No, since our Lord has specifically abolished those laws:

Acts 10:9 On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:
10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,
11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
16 This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.

Since sea creatures are not mentioned in that passage, we have no idea whether or not lobsters and shrimps have been cleansed in the blood of Jesus, so we avoid eating them. But God has definitely cleansed all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

First of all, I have to caution you to remember that this question is obviously a purely hypothetical one, since Biblical Law hasn't been introduced in our great country yet.

In order then to analyze this - purely hypothetical - question, we may let the Bible interpret the Bible by looking at some examples in the past:

Numbers 31:14 And Moses was wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, which came from the battle.
Numbers 31:15 And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive?
Numbers 31:16 Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD.
Numbers 31:17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
Numbers 31:18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.

In this case it was the women who had caused the children of Israel to trespass against the Lord -- much like Eve did when she caused Adam to fall. Therefore God ordered His people to kill only "every woman that hath known man by lying with him", since it would unfair to kill young innocent girls.

Let's juxtapose this with the battle of Jericho:

Joshua 6:17 And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the LORD: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.
Joshua 6:18 And ye, in any wise keep yourselves from the accursed thing, lest ye make yourselves accursed, when ye take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and trouble it.
[. . .]
Joshua 6:21 And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.
Joshua 6:22 But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the harlot's house, and bring out thence the woman, and all that she hath, as ye sware unto her.
Joshua 6:23 And the young men that were spies went in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them without the camp of Israel.
Joshua 6:24 And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the LORD.
Joshua 6:25 And Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her father's household, and all that she had; and she dwelleth in Israel even unto this day; because she hid the messengers, which Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.

In the case of a Holy War against infidels, the situation is quite different. God's people killed the entire enemy "both man and woman, young and old" including the animals.

There might seem to be an incongruity here. Why was Rahab the harlot allowed to live? Why is it that God first orders His people to "kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him" -- and then orders Joshua to "utterly destroy[] all that was in the city" and kill women, children and cattle, but to spare Rahab the Harlot?

How do we interpret this purported contradiction? We don't! Once again we let the Bible interpret itself:

Hebrews 11:31 By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.

That's what True Christianity™ is all about. Faith! Have faith in our Savior and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Out of curiosity I have 2 questions regarding this:

1) Why do you interpret Numbers 31:17 and 31:18 as an order to rape the "young innocent girls"? Couldn't this also mean that they will be brought up as part of the family and then later married to one of the sons or similar?

2) Why does god differentiate between young innocent girls and young innocent boys?

If you do not know the difference between boys and girls, perhaps you should come back in 20 years. I will tell you this. Females are only good for tending to the needs of the husband and then the family. First sons, then livestock then daughters, in that order.

They were instructed to take the girls as wives to themselves, not to raise them as daughters and then give them to their sons.

Tell me, how many young girls would want to marry the men who murdered their parents and brothers and friends? Not many, eh?

Since I moved to the UK near on 10 years back, I've met nothing but these disgraceful excuses for Christians that think they can change the WORD OF GOD to suit their own ends.

How clear do you want it to be? He's gone written in down in plain English!

Thank you, Pastor for this colour coded chart. I myself was already aware of the punishments like any Christian should be. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction for others.
