God doesnt sit on some high horse checking off whether your part of the heaven or hell club. Through our sins we distance ourselves from God and He, being without sin, cannot have us in his presence as utter purity and goodness.
But God does hate and I've pointed out Scripture where it says just that. The only way you could possibly defend your position on that is to say the Bible is wrong, and I'm sure you don't want to do that.

God is who sends people to Hell, not us. Yes, it is our choice whether or not to accept Christ as our Savior and follow the Bible, so in a way we are responsible for our going to heaven or Hell, but it is God's decision and He judges. There is a big difference.

Revelation 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

While you may have your own opinion, at least you must concede that we are not twisting the Bible in any way. Everything we do is backed up by Scripture. It is your choice whether or not to follow the Bible, you have the right, but just be prepared of the consequences.

You weren't homeschooled, were you, boy? It's obvious how the public school system is failing our nation's youth. You might as well have gone to school in muddy England. That's the kind of writing the approve of over there.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Yes - you are guilty of cherry picking selective passages to try make your point, without including the whole.

I am surprised to see that you did not include Psalm 139:
19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.

20 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.

21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?

22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
If you wish to truly have your questions answered, then you need to be honest about the process. Don't just pick and choose the things that you like and then ignore the rest.

Mr. Bowers, is God allowed to kill anyone He chooses? Bear in mind that He does exactly that.

              Are humans?

God made laws for humans. That doesn't mean He has to follow them.

Yet you believe that He cannot simply destroy us from existence. Instead, He has to pitch us headlong into an inferno where we will suffer for all eternity, even if we only sinned just once.

              This, to you, is "love"?

It sounds to me Mr. Rodimer that you are preaching from the wrong side of the belief fence.

Do tell, the "wrong side of the belief fence" means I don't agree with the feelgood lies you're spewing? I teach MY congregation to follow what the Bible says, not what they want to make up, or what they think God should do, if only God would do what they -- mere humans -- think God should do.

Tell me, exactly what would be "right"? Believing that God condemns most people to Hell instead of erasing them from existence because He loves them?

What kind of a sick monster do you think God is?
