Re: The 67 deadly sins of the New Testament.
It's not my opinion. It's the bibles. "he who knew no sin was counted as sin in order that we might become the righteousness of God."

Right. But the whole point of the bible is that Jesus never sinned as a man. So is cussing a sin or not?

Sweetie, Jesus is God. God can do whatever He wants. Note that God says not to kill people, yet He kills people all the time; God also says to not to fool with other man's wife, yet He came to Mary who was already married to Joseph.Originally posted by AustinWoodard View PostMy point being that if you believe cussing is a sin, then Jesus cussed and he is a sinner.
Point is, God is above laws given to men. (And women).
Note that Noah was just sitting there, waiting for animals to come, he did not go around herding them to come. If some animals were late, it was their own fault."Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he." This says that Noah did all that god commanded him to do. Nothing excluded. EVERY living thing.
"...two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive." He doesn't say two of MOST sorts. He says two of EVERY sort will come to him to stay alive. Unless god lied, there should have been a giant tyranasaurus on that boat. Lol

If you think Jesus is some fruity hippie, think again. If you'd bother to read your Holy Bible, you'd know Jesus is impolite.Originally posted by AustinWoodard View PostMy point being that if you believe cussing is a sin, then Jesus cussed and he is a sinner.

EVERY living thing.God wanted Noah to bring in all the species (Genesis 6:19). Even though we know that many animals came (Genesis 7:8-9), the Bible doesn't say if all species did arrive on time before it started raining really, really hard (Genesis 7:11-12).

Look at what it says in my signature, sweetie. And if you're bored and would like to jump on to question two, fossil records.
Huh?Also, I noticed that someone was called out for using the word "asshole?" If you believe cussing is a sin, then Jesus sinned.
Read this sermon:I also find it funny that everyone seems to be calling sinners "trash" when I don't remember Jesus going up to a Disciple and saying "Follow me, trash!"
Jesus is impolite. Deal with it.
