Oh, sorry for bringing that up.

Please, in view of your delicate constitution, do NOT Google 'metzitzah'.

Please, just forget I ever brought it up.

It is still early in the day and it is just too disturbing.

How can I forget something as delicious as sausage balls? I'll go see if I can find a recipe for these metzitzah sausage balls. My wonderful husband will be so pleased when he gets home!

                      Re: God Bless Texas, Again!

I think what is important to realize is that we should not teach the Bible in public schools because we want to evangelize our faith to the unsaved, but because the Bible and Christianity play a vital role in our history, science, and human culture. How can you understand Western Civilization without understanding the Bible? I can't believe this is not mandatory reading in all schools.

The Bible also tells us some great science. Whether or not you are a Christian, the facts remain the same: The world was created in just 7 days. This is not a religious issue, but a scientific one.

                        Re: God Bless Texas, Again!

It is worrisome that the Catholics, liberals, homers and other sinners might demand "equal time" for their false versions of the Bible. What I would suggest is that True Christians use the same tactics that are working so successfully in the healthcare debate, or in discussing abortion rights. When the school board meets to choose textbooks, show up en masse with bullhorns, cardboard effigies (that burn) and signs that say "Where's the birth certificate?" Conservative blogs can also publish on the internet photos of the school board members, along with their home addresses, phone numbers, pictures of their families, and the route they take driving home from work. This is the only way to have an intelligent debate.

The Founding Fathers of our great nation no doubt will down from Heaven and applaud the way that Conservatives practice democracy.

7 days??? and all those investigations about the age of the earth? earth took much more to be created. And i will explain you why the literal 7 days theory is worng:

Bible says that the Sun , moon and stars were created in the 5th day. Then how could the last 4 days pass? I mean, it is needed a Star like the sun for a day to pass. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a light source, and day wouldn't exist. For the creation to be more "credible" who wrote the bible should put the creation of the Sun and "celestial lights" in the first day, to allow the first day to exist.

                                John 1
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2The same was in the beginning with God.
3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

12Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
                                Psalm 148

2Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
3Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
Jesus is the light of the Universe -- and the stars, sun and moon are just His tools that He uses as (and when) He sees fit.

Don't confuse the creation with the creator.
