Um, He's God, He can do anything he wants. That's what makes Him God! If God wants to create light without stars, then He can do so.

Bible says that the Sun , moon and stars were created in the 5th day. Then how could the last 4 days pass? I mean, it is needed a Star like the sun for a day to pass. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a light source, and day wouldn't exist. For the creation to be more "credible" who wrote the bible should put the creation of the Sun and "celestial lights" in the first day, to allow the first day to exist.

So you don't understand how an omniscient God could know what time it was without the sun? My word, but you're confused.
