Hindus denounce Pope for being offensive to atheists

Hindus have criticized His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI for rough handling of atheists in his speech at Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh (United Kingdom) on September 16, where he appeared to associate atheism with the Nazis.

Eminent Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, in a statement in Nevada (USA) today, said that as Catholics and Hindus and others had freedom of their belief systems and were respected for their respective choices, and so should be the atheists. A religious leader of Pope's stature should have been more inclusive.

Zed, who is President of Universal Society of Hinduism, further said that although Pope frequently talked about right to religious freedom, cooperation of the human family, truly universal human community, etc., but in this speech, he apparently condemned the beliefs of a considerable chunk of world population called atheists. Who were we as human beings to judge publicly that other humans' beliefs different than us were wrong?[snips]

Technically, as Brother Temperance has pointed out above, it is! They just refuse to admit that they hate God, instead claiming He's not real. This way, they can sin without guilt -- sodomy, rape, murder, blended fabrics, whatever they like!

This is outrageously funny. Okay, so the Pope associates Naziism with Atheism, even though Hitler was a Papist cracker-eater. Then the Hindoos take offense at him badmouthing Nazis and atheists and defend them. Yet, Papists, Nazis, Atheists, and Hindoos are ALL hellbound scum.

It's enjoying to watch the damned fight amongst each other. We'll have quite the show while we watch them squabble in Hell from our spectacular view up in Heaven.
