Reagan drops down the list because he's so soft on terror that he jailed somebody for waterboarding:

George W. Bush’s Justice Department said subjecting a person to the near-drowning of waterboarding was not a crime and didn’t even cause pain, but Ronald Reagan’s Justice Department thought otherwise, prosecuting a Texas sheriff and three deputies for using the practice to get confessions.

Federal prosecutors secured a 10-year sentence against the sheriff and four years in prison for the deputies.

Perhaps this is a bit of wishful and forward-looking thinking, but that is what we scientists can't help. I submit that perhaps President Palin will be the best parent the office of President will ever see. Not only was she willing to turn her back on her tard-baby and the other urchins, she was Righteous enough to force her daughter into a Godly temporary political engagement to stave off pressure from the left-wing nutbags. If that isn't the mark of a Godly Republican woman, I don't know what is -- she's Ronald Reagan in a pantsuit and with the strength of conviction to order that we torture whoever we want, whenever we want, wherever we want. Now that get's my juices flowing
