but that only says that GOD has the right to do as he pleases, not that DAVID should kill the child, and i remember a part where god tells some guy to go and kill his child on the top of some mountain or something like that and when he goes to do so god tells him to stay his hand because he didnt want the guy to kill his kid he just wanted to make sure that he was devoted enough to do what god told him...

so i still dont see anything that justifies anyone burning small children with phosphorous fire or anything like that...

What you are missing is that it is mot True Christians that originate these acts. We follow what God says for us to do.
We read the Bible All of it. We can not pick and choose what to believe like some cafeteria Christians will do because it is not the way to salvation.

Burning a child with chemicals, when it is undertaken to discourage that child from sinning, can be an act of mercy. After all, what is the alternative? As I said before it is God's law we follow.Also the 6th commandment was talking about People of your own tribe ie True Christians. Now before you say it, the Bible also says we must follow secular laws unless directly by God.
