Right then smarty pants, let me teach you some basic anatomic principles.
1. A body rarely ever relies on one thing to function, hence it does not rely on only your appendix but also utilises the humoral and cellular response mechanisms.
2. Consequentially, the effect of removing your appendix is minimised thanks to these other ingenious pathways.

Basically the same reason you can still grow if you're potassium, calcium, magnesium, .... deficient.

An appendix is not a flaw, it is a useless thing for us now, but asn't always been since it has an usage on other animals it has a purpose.

No you missed the point friend. What Christianity teaches is human being were created as vile and horrible things by our loving, perfect God. God sticking a spare organ or two in us like an appendix or a pancreas its just pretty much to be expected after that. Far from disproving the existence of God like you maintain it only helps to prove He is the God as described in The Bible (you know, the kind that drowns most of the world in The Flood out of love)

Let’s try to understand the basic concepts of Christian and stop getting up on your own high horse; Christianity says God is perfect, God is all knowing and God is all powerful. It also says we humans are so wicked that by merely existing we deserve to be punished in Hell for all eternity unless we make amends to God for being so wretched. An important to remember is humans are created by God; therefore it goes to follow that God chose to create us flawed.

We still have some remains of evolution on our bodies, the appendix is an example today it as absolutly no use at all(So does your god like to make useless stuff). Herbivores animals have one too, this therefore means that we were using it when we were only small herbivores . The coccyx is the remain of a tail and nothing else.
