Actually, it's NOT a textbook. Maybe if your husband didn't beat you so much, you'd be smart enough to notice that it's a WEBSITE! And I actually provided evidence, I didn't just say "I saw it in a book".

Also, I asked for evidence. You gave me a question and a link to a commercial website. Try again. Also, the world fits together so nicely because natural selection and evolution have worked together to ensure that there is a balance in the universe. Perhaps natural selection has not chosen you to be the smartest person in town.

But really, I don't want to argue or start a war. I just want to see why you think your religion is the only one worth believing. Why can't you just accept that other religions have their beliefs, and perhaps theirs is the true one? Or maybe that there is no supreme being, and it's all a hoax that somebody started in order to get attention.

You never did respond to why your "evidence" contains the words "theory" and "proposes". Did you even look at the Biblical predictions that have come true?

I accept that other religions have other (wrong) beliefs. It's unfortunate to know that they're going to hell unless they accept Jesus and follow his Word as laid out in the KJV1611 Bible.

Yes, evolution is a theory. A proposal. There is no way for a living being to prove it, as of yet. However, you still have not provided any solid evidence to support your case, which suggests that you have none. You linked me to a COMMERCIAL website that has a list of predicted events, which is as good as me telling you that we are descended from apes because we have opposable thumbs.
Also, you're acting like a child. I may be just fourteen, but I'm not an ignorant infant. I have perfectly intelligent conversations with perfectly intelligent adults all the time. I received an award at my school for being the most mature underclassman. I understand concepts well beyond the grasp of many adults. Please don't treat me like a child.

Before I retire for the night, I would just like to point out two things.

1-Your website banner says you can guarantee salvation. According to your Bible, only Jesus Christ can guarantee salvation, and last time I checked, you weren't Jesus.

2- You say Christianity is the only true religion because you have not interpreted anything. You are incorrect. Judaism existed hundreds of year before Christianity did. Christianity is an interpretation of the teachings of Judaism. The first five books of the Bible are from the Torah. Just because I'm a teenager does not make me oblivious to facts.

The facts are that I have supplied evidence to support my case. You have not. I'm perfectly fine with waiting for you to supply evidence, and if/when you do, I will read it until I understand it perfectly.

evolution is a fact actually.
my senior year in high school i was accepted into the AP biology class and for a whole six weeks, we covered a tiny bit of evolution because there was just so much to learn in a year. but my AP biology teacher was one of the top biology in the nation and actually helps write the AP test and we covered that evolution is indeed a fact. just trying to help you out =]

Also, yes, I'm tired. Evolution requires that I sleep in order for my brain to regenerate. I rather enjoy being so much more evolved than you. I'm a teenager. I enjoy sleeping. However, I can stay up all night if that's what it takes for you to actually come up with evidence. Stop telling me I'm wrong and just find evidence that proves that God is real. I don't want a quote from the Bible, or a link to an unaccredited website. I want solid evidence. I supplied evidence to a theory. Just because there's evidence does not mean it's completely true. I supplied evidence to something I thought to be a theory (which I admitted), which according to Aformerbaptist (whose word I will be trusting) is fact. You have not supplied any evidence whatsoever to support something you believe is fact. I'm tired of playing children's games with you. Salvation is guaranteed through strict following of the Bible. That's what we teach.

Really? That's why she (and you for that matter) have not answered our questions?

As I said, I'm actually quite well read on the subject, but the more I read the more I realized that scientists really don't know. It's all conjecture.

The Bible has been proven true as the links that I have supplied has shown.
