Re: How do I beat an atheist in argument.

I dont know if this has been said before but it's easy Brother:

To the atheist scum: "If Im right, and if the Lord wants so, I'l go to a beautiful place (it's hard to imagine a better place then America lol) and you'll be damned forever, whereas if you're right both of us will rot in the ground, so you lose at both chances".

But, I know we, the True Christians and the True Christians wannabes are right. Praise God and America!

For crying out loud, I can't believe no one has mentioned a 5 iron, a 3 wood, a putter or a wedge.

I'm not sure why this is a surprise. This is not a debate forum so it's not like everyone else must take a contrary position to everything you say.

That is not what I said.

Just like I can pick out two identical socks from a mixture without any intelligence a dot could randomly place things and some of them end up seeming correct. I furthermore went on to say that to an observer who comes into play after this has all occurred, there is no way of telling the whole thing was random to begin with since all that doesn't get destroyed would "look" correct. I can understand being a bit confused, you'd have to start at the beginning of this conversational thread.

A dot isn't going to think: "hey, I've got an idea, let's make gravity!"
Well, we were talking about a dot placing planets and stars in places which made it seem like those planets and stars sprang into being fully formed with whatever underpinnings are required. I have no idea how a dot would go about creating gravity or whatever else is required to form a planet. To best answer that question, we may need to wait for such a dot to join this forum.

But you forget that atheism is a religion, just like catholicism or mohammedism. They may not call them saints, but Marx, Darwin and Dawkins play the same role.

Not quite. By believing, he loses the option of committing all sorts of sin. So his wager would be between sinning on earth (having lots of fun while alive) and being punished for eternity vs not sinning on earth and being in heaven for eternity. Then since it is a wager, you must weight those two events by probabilities you assign for them being true and value you give to the before/after death events.
Not sure what you said but I think you agreed with me.

Well this is a circular argument because the only way it works is by expressing without God, nothing would exist so the only reason things exist is because of God. Regardless of it's veracity, it is a empty statement.
God created the Universe is an empty statement to you? What do you consider a full statement?

Psalm 14.1: "The fool hath said in his heart, 'There is no God.' They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that does good."
A perfect quote to say to atheists and other Satanists.

I don't need to know anything about the total number of socks, the relative densities, how one feels over the other or any other technical information.

Similarly, a dot capable of putting stars and planets wherever it pleases needs no knowledge of anything. With an infinite number of stars and planets some are going to end up ok. If intelligent beings are then created afterwards to live on those planets, they would have no way of knowing what happened unless the dot commissioned the writing of a book telling them.

    True, completely pointless but true.
