A partial what? A partial way to Hell? There's only one way to Hell, and it is definitely faster than the speed of light.

    Romans 2:6-8
Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath

that last comment actually made me laugh... because it was clever.

as for looking that info up I apologize for not giving you the site, and just for your information I don't know that off the top of my head ( not many people walk up to me and ask how far away the sun is). here is the site http://coolcosmos.ipac.caltech.edu/c.../sundist.shtml
and as for light being instant, it's not just really, really, REALLY fast ( at a speed of 186,000 MPH(FYI this info is from the same site)). and just for clarification, is god faster than everything as well? just asking.

On a side note some scientists may have found a partial faster than light.

    Light is instant,

Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

not let there be light and it turned up some time later.

Where did you get that little "fact" from? The Bible? I certainly don't recall seeing that piece of information in the Bible. What did you do, look up the answer on some scientific website? What kind of pseudo-intellectual has to look up information just to appear smart to his moral superiors?

    Proverbs 19:5
A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.

And since you are committed to asking random questions, here is one I will ask you: About how long will your soul burn in damning hellfire?

Actually, I can answer that one for you without having to look it up on the #1 darwin fansite: Eternity.

    Yours in Christ!

    Jesus Himself has told us,

Mark 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, 25And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

If you are a Christian I assume that you don't think Jesus was mistaken do you?

Since we know that the stars are going to fall to Earth which desciption is more feasible? Stars made from diamonds relatively close to the Earth or giant balls or burning gas millions of miles across that are millions of light years away?

Scientists would disagree with you. However they have the size and the distance completely wrong. THIS news story shows that scientist DO believe that there are large diamonds in space.

Twinkling in the sky is a diamond star of 10 billion trillion trillion carats, astronomers have discovered. The cosmic diamond is a chunk of crystallised carbon, 4,000 km across, some 50 light-years from the Earth in the constellation Centaurus.
It's the compressed heart of an old star that was once bright like our Sun but has since faded and shrunk.
Astronomers have decided to call the star "Lucy" after the Beatles song, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.

Actually you may have a point here. Possibly some of the stars that are distinctly red such as Betelgeuse (Alpha Orionis) could by rubies?
    Interesting thought.

Re: Are Stars Actually Giant Diamonds? Science and Math Confirms It!

Oh boy... ok first off, just one question, is this a real site?

second, while most of this may have been acepted in the 1400's, you guys are going to have a hard time convincing people of this... Being that we don't fall off the earth or see any floating diamons in space. Most of this is just speculation( AKA guessing) and is kind of disproved (AKA uhhh is shown to be not a fact) by the fact that most telescopes (made by in the 1608 Hans Lippershey and Zacharias Janssen) today are powerfull anough to see jupiter at least and those are the ones you can buy at wal-mart. Just as a side note, not all stars in the sky are silvery, some are blue yellow and red (though you might not see them the same because I might just have realy good vision). Building on those before me, your probibly already saying blastfimur (did I spell that right?) but bare with me you've seen nothing yet, we can say for sure that they are not diamons because diamons refract light and not reflect it. Heres a link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamond (now I know you hate wikipedia but these people try thier hardest to keep their site as acurate as possible.) read through that then read through these please and keep an open mind http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star , http://nineplanets.org/sol.html , http://msnucleus.org/membership/html...5/uce5_1a.html . Now keep in mind science (true science) is done though observations, Hypothesises and disproving those hypothesis( or trying to) and coming up with another. basicly its that we look at something and wright down all that we (for lack of a better term) observe than we make a guess on those obsevations and put that theory to the test. (sigh) most that probibly went over you head, if it didn't than congrates, but I'm trying my best here. through these tests, astronimers( guys who get payed to look through a telescope and have graduated from schools like harverd or yale and are really, REALLY good at math) can determane the size of planet/stars and how far away they are. At this point I'm probibly already banned but what the... right sorry... Next up on my agenda is that the sun is not made of coal. Even if you believe that the earth is only 7,000 years old( I just want you your opinion on the fossil record and radiometric dating (sigh...right) judging how old something is by the... radiationit gives off) coal of any size would not burn that long, especally since there is no anough oxygen in space( go out there and try to inhale I dare you, you would have have 10 seconds of concuseness (proven fact)). Lastly is that we are not the center of the universe. Now I have no way of convincing you about this because it would take to long and my fingers are getting tiered so watch a discovery program or something.

Now before you say That I am ripping on your... ummm how to say this repectfully... deity??... I didn't say any thing about him. I'm just stating facts from: school, TV, Internet, real scientists, and history. This leaves the rest up to you. go out there crack a textbook or something and try to keep an open mind. Ask these scientist directly about thier opinion and see what others know. Whike ingnorence is bliss, it can be fatile.

The answer to your question is simple: God will make it happen. End of story. If you doubt God's power, take it up with Him.
