I am currently trying to research different hypothesis' on several different topics, one of them including the creation/structure of our solar system/the universe, for something called an Extended Project Qualification. Since stars are made of diamond, and shooting stars that land to the Earth contain more than just diamond, what can this tell us about the atmosphere of the Earth? Did falling stars always contain so much non-diamond material? Perhaps the blackish material (usually iron) that surrounds the diamond as it falls to the Earth is scientific evidence of a moral deprivation of our planet. Surely rapture is nigh.

I don't think that we need to bother with an electron microscope. Coal is comprised of carbon (fire and earth) and hydrogen (fire and air), diamonds are solely carbon.

If diamonds and coal have the same material you would not need some super duper piece of machinery to melt them.

They are not made of the same material, have you ever tried looking through a piece of coal.
