Of course, planes follow the curvature of the earth in the Z axis. If you were to observe the plane's path from its side from a significant distance away, you would see that it does. If you observed its entire trip from either above or below the plane, you would see that it moves in a relatively straight line.

That is my point. You are the one indulging in 2 dimensional thinking here, This spills over to were you say a plane traveling on a flat earth can't travel in a curve.

And why would air pressure be lower at the north pole than at the south pole? Do you picture air to be like a blanket draped over the globe?

There is this force called gravity friend. Air pressure is higher the deeper you go into a gravity, is it not?

You can't have it both ways; if your' round earth THEORY is true then it goes to follow that the path of a plane from NYC to Miami has to be a "C" since airplanes are incapable of flying threw the earth.

Consider this; airplane pilots like to maintain a steady altitude for fuel economy and safety. They tell this altitude with a barometer. While the air pressure will vary at a given alittiued due to temprature or weather fronts once you factor those out the air pressure is the same accross the earth. Now if the earth was round you would expect lower pressure at the top and higher air pressure at the bottom. Since we don't see that the world must be flat.

Acutally, I was talking about people wthat believe in god... anyone with common sense would instantly know that the earth can't be created by some mysterious person in 7 days.. I mean, get real...
