    Re: Ridiculous make-believe pictures

Those pictures are computer generated images of stars and planets. They are showing the size of the earth next to other planets in our solar system and the sun next to other stars in our galaxy.

The pictures are make believe in that they are computer generated and not the real celestial objects but they look very similar.

The pictures are not of the planets in space, they are pictures comparing the sizes. Your shadow argument isn't valid as it's a computer generated image of the sun. Not the actual thing.

Also NASA is not funded just by Obama, previous presidents as well. Obama spends a smaller proportion of the federal budget on NASA (0.48% in 2012) than Nixon (1.21 in 1974)

I am glad to hear that! You wouldn't believe how many Atheists just visit to insult us over and over again.

Oh, never mind, You are even worse.

You will never learn how the world really works if all you have to say to those who disagree with you is "a huge lie".

Don't be silly, one of the smallest things. No actual secular scientist would say such a thing. I am much smaller than earth, you are much smaller than earth and there are countless number of smaller things than you and me.
There are almost infinite number of objects smaller than earth even on earth, so earth in definitely not one of the smallest things in universe.
Anyway, now that we have established that you are not a "physicist" we can go on. God created earth as a center of the universe about 6000 years ago. Word of God, the bible, tells us so. Are you calling God a liar?

Oh man, did you really copy paste that as your lead idea, really? What do you mean with massive stone anyway? Do you mean mass or size? If size then what would be the dimensions and where it could be fitted for measurement? What about lifting it? Do you mean lift it from earth or just move in some direction? As you claim to be physicist, you can answer in secular terms as well.

Let me break this so called paradox of God down to you in the way you understand better yourself what you are trying to say.

    God is omnipotent
    Therefore he can
    But since he is omnipotent
He can lift the rock he cannot lift
Therefore God is a paradox and cannot exist

Except that you are missing the point that God is omnipotent. He can do whatever He want to do, or not to do. Omnipotent. You see, that is only paradox for simple minded sandbox logic people. Try to come up with something original, instead of that age old copy paste.

God created everything, even your feeble mind.

    Re: Ridiculous make-believe pictures

I've been reading those post for some time, and I can't keep from asking some questions, before, I'd like to make some things clear: I'm a physicist, but I deeply respect your religion, and I don't mean to cause any disrupture or say that God doesn't exist nor anything like that, I just want to discuss some matters that may have appeared here:

People have said that we scientists have no idea about the size of stars, that's not accurate, and not even true: in fact, I work studying the stars (astrophysics), and I can assure that one can easily know the size of any star by measuring the light spectrum that comes from it, in fact, we can even know if there're other planets around it, the speed it moves, and many other facts

Of course we don't get crushed! but I don't think it's because of God, I'd rather say that we humans still are not evolved enough to stand right for far more than 80 years (I know that there're people who are 100 year old and stand still without help, there must always be someone excepcional), but it's a fact that we humans are not meant to live more than 40 years (after that point, if you notice, you'll start to have some malfunctions, need pills, ...)

the Earth it's not the biggest thing on Univers, that a huge lie, in fact, the Earth is one of the smallest things in the univers. just have a look at the sun: it's more than a thousand times the Earth, and it's still a dwarf star

without aim to be polemyc, I want someone to answer this question: a requisit for God to exist is that he mus be perfect, if he's perfect, he can do anything (he created the Earth and everything in 7 days, acording to you, didn't he?), and that's the question: can God create a stone massive enough that even he can't lift it? the answer is NO: if he can create it, then he's not perfect, because he can't lift it, if he can't create it, then he's not perfect either

I'd like to discuss all these matters with you all, whom I belive adult enough to keep this conversation in a polite way, and not start shouting how satanist I am and things like that, like usually ends always happening when you try to discuss these matters with people with short temper

What's crazy? Believing what God, the Creator of the universe and everything in it, teaches us in His Holy Book the Bible? ...or taking the ever-changing word of some hellbound, unsaved pseudo-scientific atheists?

I have toured all over the world in my former life. I have witnessed firsthand the horizon from up high and have been fooled by Globist scum that the Earth is curved and all that. While I did not understand the phenomenon at the time, I can attest that what Mrs. Rogers says about Intelligent Thrusting and Pulling makes the most sense of anything I've ever heard. Moreover it withstands Christian Scientific scrutiny. Can you say the same of whatever deviant, corrupt secular science you believe in?

You are right, mrs. Rogers! The existence of old people further proves that Intelligent Falling is logically more tenable than gravitational theories.

In addition, it also explains why True Christians™ always keep their youthful appearance; it's because Jesus Himself promised to lower the pull of Intelligent Falling on people who accept Him:

    Matthew 11:29-30:

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
