I have noticed several debates on this particular subject here. To all you godless atheists out there, let's settle this once and for all...

In the modern world it has become a widely spread lie that the earth is round. Of course, this is impossible. If the earth is round, then why don't people just fall off at the bottom?

The answer is simple: The Earth is not round!

Now, if we take a look at some scripture, it clearly tells us the earth is not round but flat:

Jeremiah 16:19:
O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.

According to Jeremiah 16:19, the earth has ends. There is no way a spherical earth could have ends, and therefore the earth must be flat. The Book of Revelation tells a similar story:

Revelation 7:1:
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

A spherical earth cannot have corners, it is scientifically impossible. The only logical explanation is that the earth is flat. Checkmate atheists!

Isaiah 40:22:
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

That's an excellent misrepresentation of my first point, although I suppose I should have made it clearer that when I spoke of "bottom as an abstract concept" I meant within the larger Universe - fly out into the vastness of space, and tell me, where is the "bottom" of the Universe? Whichever "edge" you wish to point to, I need merely flip you 180 degrees (entirely possible in the weightless, zero-gravity vacuum) and your bottom will become the top.

As for the KJV1611 being written by God: I think you'll find it was actually written by the senior theologians of the Church of England, and was started in 1604. So, unless one of those Archbishops was God Himself, it wasn't written by God.

I'm not actually sure what your third point is even trying to say - are you agreeing that there are no "corners" of the Earth? I think you've misunderstood me.

I believe that anyone who creates hypotheses and tests them using rational thought and methodological scientific process is a scientist, regardless of whether I believe they are right or wrong.



I've circled two relatively clear examples of photoshopping in this picture: the tree is too sharply delineated from the "cliff" in the lower circle, and pixellation is evident in the second circle.
Ignoring the painting, which is clearly NOT a photograph, I challenge you to show me exactly where those last two photographs were taken, sir.

Dude, you're retarded, the Earth can't be round. If it was we couldn't see the edges, which we clearly see in the above photos. And photoshop is not real, it is propaganda that scientists have made to make us do the bidding of the devil. Snowmen could not hold together on a round Earth, and god clearly hates balloons. If the earth was round the Mooselims prayers to mooselimville wouldn't fall off. Can't argue with that logic.

Take a look outside, it's winter. Of course brothers Heathen Basher and Jesus is LORD are right when they say there is ice out there. In the summer ice melts, as you can see in the pictures, no snow or ice anywhere, so definite proof those pictures were taken in the summer.
