Well I don't know how you all missed the part about "Wisdom and Knowledge" in the Bible. So how exactly is this evil? God actually used Science when he walked on water the only probable reason is either he made his weight less than the water or some other miracle way.

The Bible tells us that too much knowledge is a bad thing.

Aside from the personal aspect I agree with this, thus my connection to the stars/heaven and my particular constellation/house. And if you would read you would realize that Jesus believed in much the same way.

If you make a claim about God then you have to back it up. Scripture or it never happened.

Hahahaha alright, first of all i never said i didn't believe in god. I was only pointing out how weak his argument was. I believe that if there is a god then we are not capable of even fathoming the nature of its existence. The way i see it is i will either know when I'm dead or I won't, either way it doesn't matter ill be dead.
Second of all the crusades were indeed waged by many including Christians for Christians...

Also Eratosthenes wouldn't have been able to use that method to measure the earth's circumference if the earth was flat. First of all on the flat model of the earth, Egypt would be relatively towards the center of the map and in order to measure the circumference of the earth in your model of the earth it would have had to be on the outer edge which is supposedly blocked by ice in your model. And if the earth was flat all of the shadows during sunrise/sunset would be incredibly large with mountains having shadows many miles long. Also if the earth was flat when ships sailed away they wouldn't disappear under the horizon which they do. There are hundreds of arguments that prove the earth is round many of which can be observed without the assistance of any scientific equipment.
And about that crazy drug addict... many hallucinogenic drugs have been proven to provide incredibly spiritual experiences, are non-addictive, and cause relatively little to no damage to your body. And I actually came across an article recently that said more intelligent people are more likely to do drugs than less intelligent people.
You are entitled to your own opinion which i respect. I will leave you with one final thought. We are never required to prove a negative. In other words the argument "God exists because you cannot prove He doesn't" is invalid. Logic dictates that you must prove something to be true or it is not true. Not the other way around

Do you even know what "agnostic" means?

There are two belief continuua. They are unrelated.

True Christians are gnostic theists. Most self-proclaimed atheists are agnostic atheists.

The position you put forth above is either a gnostic atheist or gnostic antitheist position. You positively asserted that there is no God, which implies that you know the nature of God. We have known that the earth is round since 240BC when an Egyptian named Eratosthenes measured the earth's circumference using shadows cast by the sun, which by the way is stationary at the center of our solar system although it does move around the galaxy along with the rest of our solar system.The only reason anyone ever denied the earth was a sphere was when crazy Christians like you people tried to kill them because their new (and correct) beliefs. The sun moves around the sky, so of course it casts shadows. I don't see how that can "prove" the Earth is round.

And if you had even bothered to learn anything about Christianity you would know that Exodus 20:13 only applies when God isn't commanding people to kill.

Also the crusaders were papists, they weren't Christians. I have a feeling you've swallowed every lie the secular schooling system has taught you about that subject though, so if you're interested in learning more about the Crusades I wrote a thread about it here.

No, you completely interpreted this wrong. Jesus said we must be like children because children blindly believe what their parents say on faith. They don't question it. When a parent says "If you don't go to sleep, the Boogeyman will get you", they hide in terror under their sheets. They don't go out and try to do some stupid secular experiment to prove the Boogeyman doesn't exist.

That is how we need to approach the Bible. Listen to it, believe it, and follow it. FAITH is what gets us into Heaven! (Gal. 2:16, John 5:24)
