Re: Facts: As Presented
You are a confused girl and your curiosity is probably the cause of your confusion. God loves everyone;
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Everyone however (stupid as it seems) does not love God in return.
Of course not.Not only is that a proposterous idea you have but also blasphemy of the highest order!
I know of no human who claims absolute perfection of themself. That in itself is pride and boasting and that is not tolerated.
James 4:16
"But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil."
Gosh, even Jesus (in his human form) was humble:
Phil 2: 5 -14
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
Do all things without murmurings and disputings
For starters, Eros was the Greek god of love, but that is by the by as it matters none.
The reason why all these different gods eventually died out, is because people finally realised that there is only ONE God and He is the reason for all the above. Humans have solved no "mysteries" at all. Secular science just tries to explain God away the way they do, so that heathen non-believers, like yourself, feel some warped sense of comfort in denying His Word.
God IS Love!
John 4:8
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
Or as I showed you, science uses little buzz words, theories and assumed explanations, which people like you just believe at face value. so you don't have to realize the Truth of The Lord.
God is not a theory. God IS!
They don't sound like robots at all. They just have an understanding of God's Will, something you quite obviously have no grasp of.
No it doesn't at all. Oh ye of little faith and total lack of understanding.
Free will is the the ability to make choices for yourself. By the looks of it, you have chosen the word of man over the Word of God. You obviously acknowledge God, just by your presense on this forum, but have made the choice to ignore Him. So now you can skip happily around, no doubt taking drugs, sleeping around and living an all-round sinful life. He isn't stopping you, is He?
Indeed no, only YOU can stop yourself and submit to The Lord. Believing in Him and reading the 1611KJV can certainly turn your life around.
There is also a huge difference between fate and the pre-ordaination or determining.
God knows what will happen and has foretold these events for thousands of years. Not many though wanted to listen to God and the consequences have been seen and shown time and time again: The Great Flood, Sodom and Gommorah (for example).
Through Daniel and Isaiah (just to name a few) in the Old Testament, God foretold of the coming of Jesus and as you well know, that too came to fruition. God has given many hints, but still you resist.
Despite these things though, you are CHOOSING your own FATE and that will be one of hellfire, unless you YOURSELF repent and come to the open arms of the Lord, who is willing to comfort and support you through life's rocky road.
The choice is yours. Your OWN fate too is up to you.
I, and my fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ(those whom choose to of course), can do nothing more but pray for you.

Could it be man who made God in their own image?

Like is it possible that the central idea of God is something to explain the unknown? For instance the Egyptian Gods explained to them how the sun went across the sky, when the rains came, when the Nile flooded, etc. The Greeks also had Mars to explain war, Poseidon to explain storms and earthquakes, and Cupid to explain love and passion. Those Gods eventually died out because we humans have solved those mysteries and the fact that empires took over everything but that's a different story.
The reason why all these different gods eventually died out, is because people finally realised that there is only ONE God and He is the reason for all the above. Humans have solved no "mysteries" at all. God IS Love!
John 4:8

My point is that for the things humans can't explain, God(s) are used to comfort or make sense of those mysteries.
Plus even for the "secular scientists" today, if it is unknown, they use the "God theory" until it can be explained.
You both kinda sound like robots to me there.
But if you all believe in free will that means you don't believe in fate which nulls the idea of Jesus coming back and the Book of Revelations occurring since that is indeed, fate.
