I am a Christian, though not Baptist, and I find the abuse of the Bible here to be rather unnerving.

By the way, just to point out the lack of true thought in the original post, with the jump theory, I want to point out, that if the Earth is moving at 700 MPH, then so is anything attached to it. So when you jump, in relation to the Earth you are at the same base speed as the planet, combined with the rate of deceleration, and the time at being airborne, the most you could be off on distance upon landing is a few inches, which there would be no calculable method to determine if you truly shifted position or just jumped with thrust in one direction or the other.

I couldn't care less about "helping" them. They are free to believe as they wish. As am I, only thing required of me is to help those who truly wish to understand Christ. I don't have to waste my time answering questions designed with the idea of tripping me up, or to be argumentative.

My only true response to people who wish to tell me my belief is wrong, is simply this:

If I am wrong, in the end, neither of us will know. If I am right, in the end, we both will know, one for the better, one for the worse.

However, I do have a real question for them...

Why is it that almost every atheist I run into, has this deep need to prove that God doesn't exist. Who are they really trying to convince? Because they basically already know they will fail with me.

Why are you asking this on a Christian site? If you are wrong you're going to burn in Hell while screaming "BUT I THOUGHT GOD LOVED EVERYONE!!!!!!"

Now instead of blabbing on about us being false Christians etc, why don't either one of you respond to the wall of text I gave you. Or answer the question of "why would a God of love create Hell"?

I still can't believe you actually still believe the Earth is flat. That's something a 6 year old might think. With our manmade shuttles, they have taken pictures & shown in time delays that the Earth is round & spins. They didn't know that for many centuries, but our recent technology is amazing! We have a better sense of what's out there than ever before. It really makes you sound stupid when you try to preach your 'flat Earth' theory. Kind of funny, actually.

As I have said, it is the earth's shadow on the moon which causes it to change phases. I ask that if it is not the earths shadow, what causes the earth to change phases with the time of month?

This is an argument from ignorance, a classical fallacy. Just because you can't think of any other way to explain the lunar phases doesn't mean your pet theory is correct. You have to actually prove the theory you put forward, not just fail to imagine anything better.
