There are huge ice floes and icebergs in water that's that cold. They stick together and form a ring around the edge, like a beautiful, Heavenly necklace. Not only are the penguins too small to climb them....but animals often have a "Sixth Sense" about danger.

So if you're on an "aeroplane" and the earth is flat, how come you can't see land when you're flying over a big ocean?

You can't see infinitely far, because of:

• light attenuation through air
• perspective projection: the further away an object is, the smaller it becomes

Some people keep saying "but if I look from an airplane, it'll prove my theory!" Let's put that argument to rest now!

A scientific theory can make predictions about observations. So what does flat-earth theory predict when we look out of an airplane window? Well, it predicts that the horizon is perfectly straight. According to spherical-earth theory, it would show curvature.

So I went browsing for pictures that people took sitting from an airplane window. Guess what? The horizon is straight each and every single time! NO curvature, just a straight line. Under different angles too.

And thus, since the observation from an airplane window confirms flat-earth theory, we should consider spherical-earth theory DEBUNKED.

But we really kind of "cheated", since God already gave us the answer in the Bible

Sadly you people seem to have a sense of perspective about the size of a penny. The earth is HUGE, the only curvature you can observe with the naked because it is HUGE is the horizon, by that I mean that you can't see any farther than the horizon. Wether or not the horizon is a straight line proves nothing and I have no idea why it would.

However, I invite you to post a picture showing our entire earth and showing to be flat. Ie, not a picture from an airplane, not a picture from your kids treehouse in the backyard, but a picture taken from space, showing the earth to be flat.

Anyways, some pictures then, one of them is a fake, guess which?

Just curious though, is every single of the millions and millions of pictures out there showing the earth to be round a fake? How come there are no pictures of the earth being flat?

Wether or not the horizon is a straight line proves nothing and I have no idea why it would.

You have no idea why scientific theories need to be supported by observation?

All I see is that it's pretty easy to photoshop pictures into substantiating any false point of view, including spherical-earth theory. And that's based on your pictures, not mine.

Besides, the earth is circular, not square. Even your photoshopped pictures show a circular earth.

Please state the law in Physics that states that unrelated objects can be attributed the exact same physical properties through an assumption of association alone.
