Wrong about what? There are many things they are wrong about, but gravity is one of these thing no one can really explain. That is because it is only theory. Universe as secular scientists fantasize, could not exist if theory of gravity worked as it does on earth. That is why you need all these wild theories of dark matter and such.

Well now every one, please be calm. Forgive the child for his ignorance but we will have to convince him about this fragile topping.
Now we all now that the horizon line is different for every eye sight, and for different heights of people.
Also try looking at a ball when is very close to your eye sight. Do you just see a flat surface? And since you see a lot more of the surface of the ball, does it mean it is flat?
This is a very important and ongoing investigation, and no i am not even keeping in mind the satellite pictures of the earth or taking under consideration the people that traveled around the world and returned at the same place.
2- When you are in a train or vehicle or a ship that is traveling at x amount of speed. Try to jump as high as you can, you will land on the same spot. What does this mean?
Well it mean that two objects( one of them a person in this case) are traveling at the same speed and that they can not just stop the inertia of movement immediately with out a greater force preventing so.

Science is true, it is a set of objective observations which have not yet yielded any need for a supernatural undetected presence to explain observed, real phenomena.

The earth is rotating and it has been proven, the axis of a foucault pendulum will rotate as a results of this. It is real, they are at universities all around the world, these have existed since 1851. True if you jump off the back a truck you will not move with it. This is because the air around the truck is stationary and will push you, slowing you down relative to the truck. This is not the case on the earth's rotation as the air is moving with us. As if you throw an object up in the air in a moving vehicle with the windows closed, it continues to move horizontally at the rate relative to the outside as the vehicle itself, it's only movement is vertical in the reference frame of the car. In the same way everything is moving within the reference frame of the rotating earth we just cannot see outside "the windows" of the earth. And the Atmosphere as a fluid can move relative to the earth, this is WIND.

Gravity is a real phenomenon, if you see yourself as more intelligent than Sir Isaac Newton, the inventor of Calculus, then you are very naive. Your test with a balloon is invalid as size is not correlated to mass, bigger objects are not heavier or more massive than smaller objects if their density differs. The same balloon compressed in a small ball has the same mass as one expanded. Both a balloon and a piece of paper have insignificant mass relative to the earth and would both be more attracted to the earth than each other, the balloon's larger size increases air resistance slowing its descent. I live in Dunedin, New Zealand and feel you are just as 'upside-down' as I am. The earth is suspended in space, the 'top' and 'bottom' are arbitrary human ideas meaningless in nature. The North Pole, South Pole and equator are defined in terms of the axis of rotation of the earth. If the Earth were flat, how do you explain the ideas of Day, Night, Seasonal change, different climates all over the world and timezones. If you use the internet you must know we can communicate across the world instantaneously, here in New Zealand it is evening, in Europe it is early morning. This is the undeniable truth.

If you had actually carried out your 3rd experiment correctly and objectively, that is not seeking data which confirms your hypothesis, you will come to the opposite conclusion. At low altitudes the mountains and land around you may seem to limit the horizon. This is not true in all cases, in the open sea the curvature of the horizon is apparent to the keen observer not seeking the conclusion the earth is flat. The discovery of the America's by Europeans is due to the fact the earth is round you can sail or fly all around the earth. A curve near its surface seems flat, this is the basis of calculus and other mathematical approximations. The earth has a very large radius, hence we can all live on it comfortably, it actually has a slightly curved surface which may be difficult to distinguish from variation in the surface at low altitudes. At sufficiently higher altitudes the curvature of the horizon is clear. Beyond that people and cameras have left the earth completely and imaged it from space.

These are all facts, conclusions consistent with indisputable objective scientific evidence.
There is no such evidence for your conjectures or beliefs you are of course entitled to them and free to teach them to your feeble-minded offspring. Just don't call it science, if it isn't objective it isn't SCIENCE!

Science is objective, it is fact. It is not a belief it cannot be disputed.

Religion today has no function apart from causing conflict and unnecessary suffering. If you want world peace then Science and Atheism are the only logical path.

You go on an archaeological expedition with a map but maps show the earth is round. If the earth is flat and has a finite topology then why does the map not show where the earts 'edges' are. So the question is how can YOU trust the map? Yet I am sure you will testify that the maps have always been correct. On top of that the maps you use are so accurate because of satellites which equally show the earth is round.

You also use a compass, this points North (toward the North pole) and South (toward the South pole) negating the impact of declination. This is dues to the electromagnetic field created by the spherical earth. How would this constant field be created on a flat earth?

And just and extra taste - we see the moon. This is also spherical. Im sure you will argue it is a 2D surface or something equal. How do you account for the ever changing surface as visible by eye. Additionally if gravity doesn't exist why don't all the rocks on the moon fall off and hit us on the head?

I am well aware that the moon has a dark side. This is not however an entire half of the moon and dependent upon the moons phase and your position on this spherical earth it will look to have rotated by some extent. The phrase 'ever-changing' may have been a bit strong but still surely evidence the the moon is a sphere
