Do you think that you are the FIRST atheist to stroll in here and say that the Bible is full of symbolic stories? Sure you guys always bring up things like, the virgin birth of Jesus, walking on water, the Resurrection and the parting of the red sea as symbolic. Well friend that's hog wash plain and simple. Why would God go through all the trouble of having man write the Bible and all of its wondrous FACTS, if it where some sort of sick cosmic JOKE?
If you want to read a book full of fairy tales, get a copy of the book of Mormon, now that is a JOKE.

Because it is written by men, and they wrote it in a way you can interpret many things from different angles. You litterally see the facts from the bible because you want to.

It is indeed a well written book, written in a way that it can fool alot of people. Saying once in a while some good moralities and other verses, but it's certainly alot of bull****.

But yeah, it's your life, you prefer to life in a fairytale where we live on a dish surrounded by water and the rest of the world prefers to live in the reality.

You can say all you want about this post, but you can't deny the fact that the bible is written by men, you have certainly no proof that those men were really inspired by god (the bible can't be used as proof, because it's written by those men and they can't be trusted without any background).
