What many of you folks seem to be saying is this: white people are somehow superior to black people. Your logic, if I follow correctly, seems to be: black people commit a lot of crimes. They are often poor. And black people also look more like monkeys than white people. Monkeys are animals. They're savage. And since black people look more like monkeys than white people

First of all, Jesus of Nazareth was olive-skinned and had dark eyes. If you disagree with this, you're wrong. If you like being on the wrong side of the truth, that's fine with me -- it's your choice. Historians and theologians settled this ages ago.

So, following your logic that dark skin correlates to 'monkeyness' which correlates to savagery, Jesus himself was more a savage than you. Do you not agree that your logic is asinine? Please, see the truth, friend.

Whites have perpetrated more violence and hatred in history than anyone. We are just people. We are all equal. If you believe in basic arithmetic, you indirectly believe in all of science. If you like technology, you believe in science. And if you don't believe in science, history's going to swipe you aside like a dead leaf.

And if you believe in science, you believe in genus and species. If you believe in that, you believe that you and I are both Homo sapiens. I am white. You are white, but unless you are making the claim that blacks and Asians and latinos are NOT Homo sapiens -- and if you believe in basic math -- you cannot believe anything other than all humans are equal.

We are shaped by circumstances. The plight of black crime in America was caused largely by federally funded housing segregation in the 1950s. Blacks were kept out of the housing and job booms, and were trapped -- because legalized segregation kept them out of good-paying jobs -- in government-created low-income housing.

Equality is God's way. Disagree, and time will deal with you.

I suggest you research world history, politics and science to avoid making more pitiable statements. Your naivety saddens me.

You call yourselves Baptists. Martin Luther King Jr. would be ashamed.

Please prove that assertion with Scripture and I'll not only take down this topic, but buy you a brand new car as well.

Jesus was the Son of God, one with the Father since eternity...

"I and My father are one" (John 10:30)

"And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was." (John 17:5)

...which means Jesus cannot be a Jew, but simply used Mary to incarnate Himself a physical body to occupy to teach on earth before temporarily dying for our sins. Not one drop of Jewi$h seed ever had part in Jesus' creation!

Friend, you took snippets of the verse. Typical of a fluffy bunny false Christian. God does not tell us to skip parts of the Bible if they make us uncomfortable. No, sir, quite the opposite. I do not want anyone to fail. I love humanity, and I think we've all got a duty to serve it.

I get what you're trying to say about Jesus not being a Jew, but the fact is, he was a practicing Jew. And it went even further. Jesus, as I'm sure you know, was -- is -- often called the messiah. His Judiasm -- as it goes -- is superior, and is Christianity. He regarded his apostles as Jews as well.

Check out the book Your God is Too Small by Bible scholar J.B. Phillips. I've pulled the following passage from it. "...Christ himself taught us to regard God as a father. Are we to reject His own analogy? Of course not, so long as we remember it is an analogy... The intimate love for, and interest in, his son possessed by a good earthly father represents to men a relationship they can understand."

We are all sons of God. Jesus was a man perfectly in-tune with God, with the father, and thus, this is why -- and this is something a lot of folks don't know about Christ -- he called himself not the son of God, but the son of man. Confused people, trying to understand this great man's life, drastically misinterpreted it, and this human, theological battle continues.

I enjoy Gandhi's summation of Christ's sacrifice. "A man who was completely innocent, offered himself as a sacrifice for the good of others, including his enemies, and became the ransom of the world. It was a perfect act."

So, my friend, I do not want you to hate me, because I do not hate you. We are humans! We are in this together -- on the same team. I do not want you to fail. We are both part of the sum total of existence. In the end, hurting you hurts me.

The word "mashiach" does not mean "savior." The notion of an innocent, divine or semi-divine being who will sacrifice himself to save us from the consequences of our own sins is a purely Christian concept that has no basis in Jewish thought. Unfortunately, this Christian concept has become so deeply ingrained in the English word "messiah" that this English word can no longer be used to refer to the Jewish concept. The word "mashiach" will be used throughout this page.

The Mashiach will not be a wandering nomad magician that has fooled ignorant Christians for two thousand years. YHWH will deliver a descendant of King David.

Study Judaism before you speak for it.
