Hell is indeed a real place. Not only because the Bible says it exists, but there is mountains of scientific evidence that shows that Hell is a real location underneath the crust of the Earth. Obviously Hell is underneath our feet. It is described as a place of everlasting fire (Mark 9:44), a bottomless pit (Revelation 9:2), a place of darkness (Matthew 22:13), a lake of fire (Revelation 20:14), and a place of suffering (Revelation 14:11). Even today, secular science has proven this to be true. The temperature underneath the Earth is in the thousands of degrees, it is full of magma, and there is indeed a lake of fire at the center of the Earth (molten core).
How could simple, Bronze Age writers be so accurate about what goes on underneath the Earth when they never witnessed it with their own eyes or did any scientific experiments? The obvious and only answer is that the Bible must be inspired by God. Their visions have been proven true.
These are the top five places on Earth which are closest to Hell. They are gateways to the underworld.
5. Iceland

In February of 2010, I created an inspired thread warning the world that God Hates Iceland. I pointed out all the reasons why Iceland is an evil nation and even revealed that it is a gateway to Hell. We even prayed that their volcano would erupt as to send them a message that God will not be mocked. This thread was so popular, nearly a third of Iceland's population read it and it even made their local papers. While we were scoffed at for our beliefs and our warnings went unheeded, within a month Iceland's volcano began to erupt unexpectedly. It got so bad that by April, thick clouds of ash grounded Europe's airports. This is a prophecy that has come true. God answered our prayers and sent a fiery ultimatum to those heathen eskimoes.
4. Yellowstone National Park

Despite the beauty lurking on the surface, Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming actually hides wickedness. It is the most active geyser region in the world. Sulfur, mud pots, and scalding water rise to the surface. There's even a region called Colter's Hell. And it is home to the world's biggest supervolcano, which if it should erupt, would destroy all of humanity.
3. Centralia, Pennsylvania

Centralia, Pennsylvania was once a prosperous mining town. Until one day in 1962, the miners dug too deep and unleashed a literal lake of fire. The ground began to give way. Sinkholes formed. And there was an underground fire which continues to burn to this day. Scientists have no explanation for this. Fire requires oxygen to burn, but since there is no oxygen underneath ground, how could it burn? It could only mean one thing: Hellfire. Eventually, the government forced the people to flee from the land and it has remained a ghost town ever since.
2. Kola Superdeep Borehole, Russia

In the late 1980's Russian scientists drilled deeper into the Earth that anybody has ever drilled before. They went 9 miles under the Earth where temperatures exceeded 2,000 degrees. In fact, they went so deep they actually penetrated a layer of Hell. They lowered microphones down into the pit and actually recorded the screams of billions of tormented souls. It was even published in respected newspapers like the Weekly World News. At last, documented scientific evidence of Hell!
You can hear the evidence here. Warning: May be disturbing, but this is an excellent recording to play before an atheist. Usually it's enough evidence to convince them that Hell is real.
1. Cleveland, Ohio

There is no place on Earth closer to Hell than Cleveland. It is a dirty, stinking, depressing wasteland full of crime, poverty, wild negroes, and Godlessness. Their sports teams have been cursed to perpetual failure. It is home to the ultimate tribute to sin: the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And most notoriously, its river has caught fire.
Secular scientists try to explain it away as being the result of excessive industrial pollution. But, that is another lie perpetrated by Al Gore and his gaia-worshiping environmentalist pagan cult to smear the good name of American industry. There is nothing harmful about "toxic" pollution. Chemicals such as carbon dioxide, petroleum, perchlorate, and CFCs are perfectly natural and part of our environment.
There is no way water can burn. It is scientifically impossible. The scary realization is that the Cuyahoga is a tributary of the Lake of Fire mentioned in Revelation 20:14. Follow that river to its source and you will find Satan, his demons, and billions of tormented souls who rejected Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
