    Re: Flat Earth? Hell Yes!

This thread made my day. Seriously, thanks to all of you for bringing so much fun to the internet. Circling around states in USA is a little bit different case than venturing straight-forward... But what am I expecting from a bunch of US rednecks.

Maps were and are still drawn on a paper that happens to have a square shape and 4 corners. It is no evidence.

Also light can bend with gravity, but you need massive amounts of gravity. Earth in not enough.
Earth also turns around the axes in 24 hourns, that gives the day and night.
The texts ib bible were written 2000 years ago, then they didnt know that Earth was round.

Observe, all the maps in the popular game BFBC2 appear flat with 4 corners.

Coincidence? I think now. UNDENIABLE PROOF!

Well, at least you got something right. There certainly will not be any of that riff-raff in Heaven.

I have been waiting for days for you to show me one thing we have taken out of context.

When you say out of context, you mean that you don't like that part and ignore it.

I canceled my cable, and whenever I need entertainment, I go on here now! And no, do not worry, no one on this site can tell you that you are going to hell. They like to think that they have the authority to place you there, when they really do not. They will post scripture to support their arguments, but it is always out of context, and the historical context is never taken into account. Read this: http://www.landoverbaptist.org/news0802/toilet.html. Apparently it doesn't matter how good of a true Christian you are, if you are on the toilet you're not going up with Jesus. I suppose homeless people won't be going to heaven, either, because they will be smelling. It doesn't matter how good of a Christian they are.

Um... could you elaborate on this? I'm interested in hearing how you think a sphere could have four corners.

The fact of the matter is, there are all sorts of Biblical verses that make no sense if the Earth is a sphere -- without corners or ends. Therefore, the Earth must be flat.
"And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the Earth." Isaiah 11:12.

"And after these things I saw four angels standing on four corners of the Earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree." Revelation 7:1.

"That it might take hold of the ends of the Earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?" Job 38:13.

"O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the Earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit." Jeremiah 16:19.

"The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the ends of the Earth." Daniel 4:11.

    Dear Friends,

That's what I said when I started this thread three years ago. It's still true. It will still be true in 30 or 300 years. How much of secular so-called science can say the same?

    Food for thought...

    Yours in Him,
    BAB
