The Bible tells us the Earth and everything else was created in 6 days.

You people are evil for rejecting science. The church and science agree with each other. That is God's way. You don't understand the ways of the Lord our God as he has given them to us, and you don't understand even basic science. The Lord made this earth to be a self contained system. Look up the Water Cycle, and how animals and human beings contribute to it. Everything is recycled. That is God's way. Look up the information if you doubt. If you doubt science, then you doubt the way God made us and this earth.

You also have gotten the scriptures completely wrong. This is blasphemy and ignorance of God and his wondrous creation. A day unto God is like an eternity to mere men. He did not take six literal days to create all of the heavens and the universe you live in. There could not be 'days' as you know them in the beginning, because God didn't make the sun until the fourth of his 'days'. You have ignorantly taken the scriptures at a literal meaning. It was never meant to be understood this way from the time the Catholic church founded Christianity from our Lord and Savior. God is infinite and vast. You people claim to understand god, but your belief is simple-minded. If the scriptures were meant to be taken literally, then the earth would be flat and supported by four pillars. We know this is false now. Most of the scriptures are allegorical.

If you people don't learn the errors of your ways and repent of your sins, you will suffer for eternity in the hellfire of damnation. God wants his children to know him and love him, and to be in awe of his great power. You reduce his work to your simplistic explanations and reject all the wonder that modern science is discovering that points out how wondrous his creation really is. You also deny your children of this wonder by perpetrating your ignorance and lies. Repent of your sins and put your trust in the Lord. The more science explains the world and God's creation, the more in awe you should be.

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

The Lord God didn't appoint a toady to act like some kind of know it all go between for God and His people. You idol worshippers,are not Christians. You only serve the Devil.

Water is a limited resource. That being said why do you think we have water filtration plants and waste removal facilities. When the star that went supernova 10 billion years ago created all the matter and metals you see around you we were left with a exact amount of Hydrogen and Oxygen. The water that you see is the same water that the Dinosaurs and first humans were drinking. The water is filtered and it is consumed again. Where does your pee go? You pee the exact amount you take it. Every time you drink water I promise you that you are consuming someones pee at some point in the last 10 Billion years.

We all know how much the atheists love their "science". Well, a parent in my congregation sent me this little graphic, one of a series (she's trying to track down the original source). She's hoping to put together a Creation Science home school workbook!



I particularly like that the author has done the math in the footnotes.

According to atheists mankind hasn't been around for a large fraction of the billions of years. That alone makes the mathematical foundation of this calculation invalid.

Besides, idiot, atoms aren't lost into space (except for He). 2 Liters leave our body, mixed with carbamide which decomposes into ammonia and carbon dioxide and with sodium chloride and a few other minor stuff. The water gets recycled by some natural processes. Remember when your highschool teacher taugt you about sewage treatment plants and how they work? Remember how the last purification stage was called? Biological purification. Microorganisms decompose the organic compounds of our urin and poop. What remains is water with a way smaller fraction of organic matter and some inorganic compounds which pretty much has the same composition as the surface water. Of course nature has not perfected this treatment to large scale industrial process, that's what we humans did, but otherwise it is the same.

My point is, just because we drink the water, it isn't gone forever. Nature deals with our waste and for a large fraction of time, there were only a couple of millions of us, spread over the entire world.
