You are trying to make the Bible look internally contradictory, and that is a fool's errand my friend. Let me give you a real life example to show that two seemingly opposing rules can coexist:

You are driving south on I-95 near Daytona in the far right lane. The speed limit is 70 MPH and you are in fact going 70 MPH. You see the scene of a traffic accident up ahead on the right side of the road (don't worry, EMTs are already on the scene).

There is traffic to the left of you preventing you from moving over a lane, so you reduce your speed by 20 MPH in accordance with Florida law. After you pass the emergency vehicle, you resume your previous speed of 70 MPH.

See?

Now, think of the current Osambo administration as traffic accident that will be soon be cleared.

Wood reacts to heat by burning without any brain. The same way offspring born with mutation giving him higher chance of survival is more likely to survive and have his own offsprings. There is no consciousness needed.

So are you claiming that carbon has evolved to react with oxygen (wood has learned how to burn) and that proves evolution?
