Try reading the whole chapter next time, or at least other parts of the chapter!
Ephesians 5:
22Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Now before I quote the next piece of scripture where God actually states it is acceptable to suffer for the greater good, we should define what a servant is.22Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

1 Peter 2:18-21
18Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.
19For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
20For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
21For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
Not only is it acceptable to beat your wife, it is a righteous lesson. Even if your wife has done well, it's good to remind her of Christ's suffering for us, by making her suffer as well. The wife should be thankful that a True Christian™ is teaching such valuable lessons. I know my wife thanks me every night.18Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.

It's terribly obvious that you are not following God's Will, and just some perverted version you've created for yourself. I hate to imagine what kind of horrors you're subjecting to those who are "learning" at your mission. Please drop this false Christian charade and either follow all of the Bible or spend an eternity bathing in the flames of the tormented. I know you'll turn this all around on me and try to damn me to hell, but I am the one that follows the Bible word for word, and you are not. Jesus and I will be laughing as we watch you eternally rot.
