Creating a life cycles of a worms whose job it is to bury itself in the eye ball of a little lamb and eye the eye ball from the inside, while the lamb is in agony. Can't say there is a god because the world is beautiful, you have to account the fact that the animals will have to live under stress, with not enough to eat and will die violently and bloody death. There is not anyway to just choose the nice things, and not take into account the totality of nature
