Anyway, I was just wondering how you people observe Lent. To me, since we give up something we enjoy and give to charity instead, it's a centering time when we let go of materialist corporate culture and focus on our relationships with Mother/Father God and our fellow passengers on Spaceship Earth.

This isn't the Catlicker Church Mr Anti-Man. We don't go for that made up Mary Worshiper stuff. God punished the Medieval Catlickers by making their food run out at the end of winter. So the Pope tried to hide it with Lent. Since Jesus loves us we Americans never run out of food.

This is just another example of how Liebrals waste time, energy and money. The theories of Sigmund Freud, mired in 19th century reductionism, were discredited long ago.
