I happen to be an Atheist, not because I hate God, or the idea of God, but because I can simply not believe in him. If there were a God would he really want you to follow him blindly and without full conviction, or would he want you to follow your own path. I find it humorous that you chose to post a list of all Jesus would damn, and put 'The Proud (Romans 1:30)'. This forum serves no purpose other than to show how proud you are and your discontent with another human being just because of their beliefs. Your religion teaches you to love everyman and every woman as your sister but instead you hide behind your religion and are hateful to everyone else around you that isn't the exact same. It's these beliefs that lead to Nationalism and poorly thought out genocide. You also pointed out that 'Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8)' would also be damned. This is just silly people. why even post that something that doesn't exist will be damned? I'm not trying to start a fight, I'm just saying, learn to accept people for who they are, almost all my friends go to church, and I'm fine with it, I don't try to convert them, and they don't try to convert me. I do not see why atheists and chrsitians have to be split into a `us and them` type catagory.

It is hard to classify an atheisit as characteristically `miserable` because this is a subjective overgeneralisation

Does it not rain on both sinners and the unrighteous (Mathew 5:45)

We were all atheist once, even when we were too young to really understand

Plus it is still possible to love God and feel sad.
