Yeah, I'm not seeing anywhere this songs condemns violence.

It appears to be on par with M.C. Chris' Geek in terms of a school shooting anthem.

So, there's my judgment as per 1 Corinthians 2:15

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

I gotta run for a few minutes, but I do look forward to speaking about the Bible more with you later.

Scaring them, making them fear for their life before taking away their humanity is never the answer. And this is what, well this is what I get from this song. So put your stone away.

Have you not been bullied before?

If your answer is "no" then you are not thinking back hard enough.

I have been bullied throughout my life and violence is NEVER the solution.

Had he not written the song who knows what would have happened. And since you are the first person to link it to the events of Columbine, what does that say about you?

It says that all you see is the bad in humanity. Which is pretty sad. This album was released about 3 years ago and nobody has complained or made a huge fuss about it. And as a christian myself my first response is one of concern not of condemnation.

As a fellow sibling in the eyes of God, I ask you to reconsider you point and acknowledge the fact the your ignorance is making many christians victimised because it is making us all look ignorant. I don't care if you damn me to hell, I don't care if you send and angry mob on me for speaking the truth because everything you are doing right now, is completely unchristian and that as a Pastor or whatever you are, you should be seeking to help those who feel the urge to break one of God's 10 commandment "Thou shall not murder" instead of claiming those who are doing this, should be sent to jail.

And for this reason, I have signed the petition AGAINST what you are saying.

    Sincerely,

    Aelita Storm

Of course he will, but I will be there with Jesus also judging.

Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Yes, so He could demonstrate that the people in the crowd were still unsaved.

John 8:7, 9 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

In the end of that story Jesus let's her walk away with a stern warning.

11She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

    Here's more.

Psalm 139:20-22 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

You are preaching total depravity which is a doctrine the Bible just doesn't support.

Ezekiel 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

You need to sit down and actually read your Bible.

God does not hate the wicked soul. We are all wicked. If I am to believe any of the Bible or of the Christian doctrine, then God saves the wicked soul.

I am not the type to save a helpless person from a burning building, am I? Well, I ask...are you? From what I see, you would simply pass the building, saying, Thy will be done. I know your type. I have seen it for ages. Again, I just hope you realize the wrong you're doing, and turn away from such hatred.

You see hatred. I see us trying to save your soul. I suppose you're the type who wouldn't even try to save a person from a burning building. You would just walk on by and think, "It's cool. That's their choice. Who am I to judge if they want to burn to death?"

Well, I'm not. I would try to save you from the burning building, much like I'm trying to do here.

What if someone is teetering on the edge of a homicidal rage meltdown? What does MCR's music lead them to?
It reinforces their belief that the people who push kids into these situations are the ones to blame of course. Were someone teetering on the edge to listen to my music, I for one would be glad, it might be their last chance to hear something that could really sway their outlook! I mean honestly, the number of people music like Leathermouth and MCR has saved is a a testament alone to how powerful the right message can be. You still just don't get it I think. This song isn't a literal message. You have to put yourself in the shoes of someone who's already lost and given up. Then you start to realize how they'd feel. This my friend, envokes something we artists like to call empathy. It should make you feel a bit dishearted, maybe even angry. Hopefully, angry enough to do something constructive about the problem. Instead of writing up meaningless petitions condemning the music, kids should take this message and run with it. Speak out against the jerk pushing a nerd around. Stop a bully before he has a chance to make someone's bad day worse. Do whatever you can to make a difference. A real difference, not just praying something will change. In the end, the power is in the hands of the individual. Not me. Not you. Not even god.

Sir, you realize the band Leathermouth has nothing to do with My Chem, whatsoever? Apart from Frank Iero?

I suggest the music video for "Teenagers," which directly demotes teenage violence.

I fail to see how such a display of hatred toward an artist is showing the love of Christ.

Freedom of speech, guys. Sorry. It's that plain and simple. You may not like it, but it's how the country works. I highly doubt someone as admirable as Frank Iero (who has spoken out against violence) wants kids to go out and kill each other. Music is expressive. That includes positively and negatively. I would even say that God encourages expression of anger. He let Job speak.

Life isn't all butterflies and rainbows. The song appears to be nothing more than a sophomoric rant of anger. Regardless of content, it's a song. In regards to content, songs don't kill kids; kids kill kids.

Wouldn't you rather the kids express their frustration in a song than actually go out and murder fellow students due to lack of outlet? Emotional instability due to containment can be a huge factor in these sorts of situations.

Again, I stress that nothing of what you say in any way represents the teachings of Christ. You are hateful, sinful people, just as much as the next person. Why spread evil when you can be a loving, peaceful people, as you so profess? This is not love. I do not see Christ. I see hatred. I see Satan.

Congratulations, Landover Baptist. You are officially hypocrites. There again, I'm not surprised from a forum which proudly sports this:

...hateful emoticon. What happened to the God of love and forgiveness? Are you blind? Why not extend the hand of friendship to Mr Iero, instead of doing something this rash? Would Jesus have had him thrown in jail? Jesus was the friend of prostitutes and tax collectors. He is the savior of murderers and rapists. He taught love. Have you learned nothing?
