    Where is king solomon ?

Does anyone know if God ever forgave king solomon or if king solomon repented before he died?

Why do you continue to ask us, without offering to tithe, to answer questions that we, and ALL of us, spent YEARS and millions of dollars in Bible college learning?

If I call the story rightly sooo... I would say God forgave mucho seventy times mucho grandie. He only wrote the book of Proverbs.

Like we need a lesson from him.

If the Lord leads you to it, he will get you through it.

        Repented of what?
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

          Of idolotry and adultry.

1 Kings 11:2 Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love.

1 Kings 11:6 And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.

Kings 11:40 Solomon sought therefore to kill Jeroboam. And Jeroboam arose, and fled into Egypt, unto Shishak king of Egypt, and was in Egypt until the death of Solomon.

King Solomon never repented, so my conclusion is that he is in hell, even though he wrote several books. But what is your opinion ?

Solomon never accepted Jesus as his personal savior. Unless you accept Jesus as your personal savior you are going to Hell.

Re: Where is king solomon ?

I dunno......according to GOD, Solomon was right up there in the top three. Of course, he couldn't hold a candle to JESUS!

                      Solomon
I have given thee [Solomon] a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.
                      1 Kings 3:12

                      Jesus

The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
                      Matthew 12:42

The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
                      Luke 11:31

Christ; In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
                      Colossians 2:2-3

                      John the Baptist

Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

There is no reason to believe that King Solomon made it to heaven.

You know there is a window of opportunity for Solomon to make up for spitting in Jesus face by being born 1,000 years before Jesus. Do remember that Jesus went to hell for the long weekend He was dead to preach to the damned. If Solomon accepted Jesus as his personal savior then Solomon would be up in Heaven.

True. The Song of Songs is obviously one of Solomon's earlier works. As we all know, Solomon had 1.000 wives and concubines in his harem:

1 Kings 1:3 And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.

However, in Canticles, he complains that he has only amassed sixty wives and eighty concubines so far:

Canticles 6:8 There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, and virgins without number.
A wise man’s heart inclines him to the right, but a fool’s heart to the left. (Ecclesiastes 10:2)

I was thinking along the same lines of this. I mean that is mostly how Noah, Abraham, Issac, (not Ishmael) Esther and Ruth, etc, got their ticket to paradise out of hades. He must have did some good preaching in 3 days.

But mostly, I don't think GOd would send anyone that partake in writing the bible to hell for unforgiveness?? That would be alot of blood and nonsense! He is not a user.
