    Are you the Devil

    The name Lucien means light.
The latin meaning for Lucifer is light-bearer
    Lucifer = devil
    You call yourself Evil Light

There is more substance in Dirk's posting than in everything you have ever written in your entire life combined.

I didn’t say I wanted to follow the teachings of Zeus.
Yes you did, perhaps you should start using our nice Preview button to read your own nonsense before you post it.

What does Ad hominem attack mean?
It means you have no real arguments and start throwing in big words in a failed attempt to distract everyone from the fact that you ran out of steam. You probably do the same with your retarded girlfriend when you fail to perform again.

Did I belittle you or insult you in any manner?

Don't adopt the victim role. It is oh so pathetic and unbecoming.

I said "go right ahead" if that is what you believe.

Sorry I cant hang around to play tonight I have to rush off right now and read the latest Garfield comic to my fat cat.

Well if this so why do you waste your time writing about Hell, discrediting it's existance all on a True Christian™ forum................

I suspect there is some considerable doubt in your mind and that you are not entirely sure about your very own bold and intentionally offensive statements as above.

Read the KJV1611 and let the friendly Pastors her lead you to Jesus™.............And Salvation

Or you will burn in hell for eternity

My cat likes Garfield comics. But my cat is a ginger tabby tiny brained animal. Not unlike Garfield.

You too might be little of brain matter, not unlike my cat, and think that Garfield, or Zeus, or Buddha, or Islam, or Scientology spaceship aliens are the way to see your afterlife.

Good luck to you .......... as you burn burn burn in HELL.

    Re: Is there a hell?

God did indeed create hell to keep us in check. Why else would we obey His commands?
Why would an omnipotent being capable of creating the universe need hell, I mean he practiced genocide, more than once?
There are a lot of things there is no evidence for. "Cogito ergo sum" (I think, therefore I am) is about the only thing we can be absolutely sure about. Everything else is based on assumptions. For example we could all be part of a huge computer simulation. So what it boils down to is what you choose to believe. And God made all that amazingly simple by giving us a book explaining how everything works, how we are supposed to behave, what the purpose of our lives is, etc.
All Gods have books, and lore’s, why does this book have more weight than the teachings of Zeus?
If I am to make assumptions, shouldn’t I take all the information into account?
Did it occur to you souls without bodies might be invisible!?

Yes but this seems at odds with the concept of hell where something is pained. In fact we know the body feels pain because of our nervous system, there is no reason to think that the spirit, or soul, would feel anything, which in itself argues against hell.
Yes you will. Which is why it is very smart to avoid going there.
...Ahh that goes for heaven too. What I’m saying is that the end result for those who go to hell, and those who go to heaven is the same… Insanity.

How could any sane man doubt there is a thing like hell?

If it lies under our feet, we haven’t stumbled across it drilling for oil.
You never heard of things like lava or volcano's?

Nor have we chanced to find it through any process of mining. No souls are spewed forth in the eruptions of volcanoes that strike the planet from time to time.

Also the suffering for eternity thing, doesn’t ring true. I mean eternity is a long time, whether you’re suffering in hell, or in the throes of bliss, the effect will be the same on the timescale of eternity… You’ll go mad.

Why do you insist on posting your rubbish. Hell exists, and if you do not start believing you will be going there.

Psalm 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

started a topic Is there a hell?

    Is there a hell?

Christianity has developed a mechanism to keep their adherents in check. It asserts its power, largely on the back of a nasty little threat. Rather like an omnipotent stand over man. They call it hell. But what is hell? A fiery pit where you will suffer for eternity. It doesn’t seem to hold up as threat though.

There is no evidence for it. If it lies under our feet, we haven’t stumbled across it drilling for oil. Nor have we chanced to find it through any process of mining. No souls are spewed forth in the eruptions of volcanoes that strike the planet from time to time.

The Hubble telescope that can see stars 13.6 billion light years away, has never peered into its awful firmament. The microwave detectors that have mapped the residual microwave radiation left over from the big bang, similarly, show no signs of lusty demons, and blighted souls.

The large Hadron collider gives us no insight into a hidden dimension that might hold a fiery pit. So where is it?

    It doesn't exist.
