I'm going to be honest. I find it amusing that you guys call yourselves Christ-like, but anytime anybody questions any of your beliefs, you begin name calling and telling them they're going to hell. Christ was unconditionally kind. Christ did not care who you were or what you believed. Christ was there to help you no matter what. So please, before you begin ranting on self-righteousness, see the big picture.

I’m going on what I can see of you: you are under 20, you’re a moron and you’ve never read the Bible. Apart from that you probably have never bothered to think much beyond which channel you should watch.

• We don’t call ourselves Christ-like, we tell God’s Holy Word, as it is – nothing added, nothing taken away – if you don’t like it, your beef in with God Himself, not us.
• People who don’t follow Jesus’s Word will go to Hell – there’s no two ways about it. You follow some false apostate church and you are being misled. What you then do by following these deceptive churches’ teachings is not what God wants and if you don’t do what God wants – it’s deep pain for eternity.
• Christ DID care what you believed. On this point above all others, he was repeatedly specific – you follow HIM. You don’t make it up as you go along, you don’t “think fluffy bunny thoughts” and wander around being generally nice.
• Christ was not there to help you no matter what – Christ was there to help you, but first you had to be Saved. If you weren’t Saved, that’s you for the Pits of Hell. Buy the insurance and you get the cover, no insurance, you’re out there on your own.
• Self-righteousness is earned not given or assumed. We here at Landover are, as True Christians, all Saved. Once Saved, Always Saved. We would be idiots to point out things that were not so, because we only tell people of the Word of God.
• See the big picture – Well boy, read the above – it’s 3D with glorious graphics, surround sound and all the trimmings technology can bring – there isn’t anything bigger than God.

Jesus rebuked people who didn't kill their unruly children. Does that sound unconditionally kind to you?

Ok, Paininthe Noobie, here's the Big Picture:

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

There's your Big Picture, right there. NO MAN comes to the Father (that is, nobody goes to Heaven) except through Jesus.

What does that mean?

That means that anyone who does not follow Jesus goes someplace other than Heaven. There is only one place other than Heaven; do you know what that is? Yes, it's HELL, the place of eternal torment God created for those who refuse to follow Him.

We are not self-righteous, as you Mormons are. We do not offer people correction out of pride, as you Mormons do. We do it out of love, and hope that they may be spared an eternity in the Lake of Fire for the sin of choosing the wrong path.

Let me give you an example, PainfullyNaive.

Let's suppose you had a little child. Your child saw a ball in the neighbor's yard, and wanted to run and get it. Trouble is, the neighbor's pit bull was in the yard.

Your child goes to open the gate anyway. Do you let your child do what she wants, and go get the ball to play with (knowing that the child will be mauled by the ravening dog), or do you force her to stop even though it upsets her and makes her cry that she can't have the ball?

Maybe you Mormons think differently than True Christians(tm), but I'd stop that little girl and let her cry all she wanted to, instead of letting her be mutilated or killed for the sake of sparing her feelings!

Why do you Mormons want True Christians(tm) to hate everyone and allow them to spend eternity being tortured? Why are Mormons so full of hatred? Is it because, deep down, you know you won't inherit a planet to rule over, but really you know you'll be damned for eternity, and you are jealous of those of us who will instead spend eternity praising and servicing God in Heaven?
