He actually did just surf off the roof, I saw him do it. He's not very good at it, but he seems to have done it. Also, you can't just right off everything to LSD or drugs in general. He might just have a medical condition that increases the amount of dopamine in his brain, or he might just feel like surfing off the roof, who knows? Just don't say he's a druggie when you don't know at all.
