Now I get to post about the topic that brought me here when I googled "hippie christians" trying to, *GOD FORBID* find some awesome people to fellowship with and to praise the LORD for all HE has done for us. You know....blahblahblah mindless female rant snipped....

It may not be scripture, but you know the saying, "You'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar?" It's true. Following Jesus, it isn't about capturing wayward souls (which...by the way, what makes you Judge and Jury on these people? You know that whole..."Judge not lest ye be judged..." thing and all...) and forcing them to "see the Light". It's about LOVING them despite their sins and their weak flesh and being truly...a little Christ, which is what the TRUE definition of Christian is. HE said, "I stand at the door and knock." He didn't say "I battering ram my way through your door, tie you up and FORCE you to believe that what I say is true." No love or worship that is forced is real. God doesn't want false praise and adoration. Nor does he want blind slaves. No true master can ever be a good, worthy master if he doesn't care for those who serve under him. And you can't truly care for someone if you insist on forcing them to do things your way. God is not blind, or stupid. He can see now, and way back then, and forever ahead. He knows what he is doing, giving us freewill. Yet again, I ask you, who are YOU to question the Master?

Actually there is solid scientific proof that Jesus laid with many other men. Jesus loved to SIIMansB quite often if you read into the scripture close enough. My pastor is the smartest Christian I've ever known and he confirmed to me that Jesus tried homosexuality many times throughout his life and it is very natural for heterosexual men in this modern age to try homosexuality many times throughout adolescence. Face it, kids just love to get off. And we are all a little Bi. Every one of us, no matter how much you want to deny it. You are at least 1% attracted to your same sex. Darwin just keeps winning.

I see all these "christians" living in their air-conditioned houses, driving around nice cars, pulling a worthless 9-5er, and it makes me want to barf. Hippies at least do not give into such greed and satanism. True hippies live modestly and give back to those less fortunate. Meanwhile, southern baptists go to church for an hour to feel great about stuffing their faces all rest of the week with gluttony and food.
