Okay. I am not Christian. I do not have any religion. Yes, dare I say it here, I am an Atheist.
And the thread on 'The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion', had a certain impact upon me.
So, I am now aware that you folk on these forums are, in my eyes, insane.
I am at the age of 14. And I watch movies, read books, go outside, play video games and I am in no way shape or form affected by ANY 'Satanic' behavior in video games. Infact, I am affected by going outside more if anything. Outside, where I can see drunken men beating women, drunken women not doing the dishes, firearms and drug dealers.
Now, I have a passion for video games. And you, calling a favorite game of mine (Oblivion) Satanic, is almost rude. Now, you have your beliefs and I accept that. However, saying that gamers are deemed to the vile land of *laughs* Hell because they have played this game and other games of the like. Now all the alcohol, lands of Oblivion, Mysticism spells, Demon summoning scrolls, magic using imps, Vampirism, Vampires and pilfers in the world couldn't make me a violent person and/or make me become a Satanist.
As I speak before you as a gamer, what I am reading makes me sick. So much the the extent that I could masturbate on the cross. And you naturally assuming that everyone who plays this gaming (regardless of age) will go to Hell makes me mad.
Give people a chance for Christ's sake.
Did your God not give mankind free will? Yes, 'God' did give mankind free will. So, what strips me of the right to play these games? What strips me of the right to hand my 2 year old sister this game? Nothing, that's what.
So you can bitch and moan about these games all you want. You can deem people to Hell all you want. But at the end of the day, aren't you just as bad as these terrorists in the middle east?
So, landoverbaptist.net, you can shove your theories up your ass. And leave people be.
PS: This is the best forum emoticon I have ever seen:

SCARY STUFF! Do I still go to Church? Yes, yes I do. Do I believe ANY of that stuff that is, as I said, FANTASY? No, no I do not. Because I, as a normal person of sanity, can distinguish the differences between reality and fiction. Do I still love Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit? I certainly do. More so than when I was a youngster.
