Well I've heard a story numerous times about a Good Christian woman who was walking down a street and saw some rough guys. She prayed for protection and walked past them. These men later raped a different woman and were arrested for it.

When asked why they didn't rape the first woman they said that there was no way they'd attack a woman with two large men escorting her. Obviously God had sent two angels to protect her.

Having witnessed spring break in Florida I find it hard to believe that you could make a statement no rape victim ever asked to be raped ! These young girls are far from the protection of their fathers,running around drunk, half naked( most of the time lifting up there skimpy bikini tops and exposing bare breasts) with zero regard for the men that around them, yet you feel that they are not responsible in any way.

And what of the girls minding their own business? You can't possibly claim that every girl who has ever been raped was engaged in the previously mentioned behavior.

I would look in the Old Testament. According to the Word, it depends on the circumstances.

Deuteronomy 22:23-29 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her; Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.
But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die.
But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:
For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.
If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;
Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.
