The link you refer to actually is this forum where the whole Pedibear name was started. Pediabear is a play on the word Pedobear which is that fuzzy bear who started his infamy on 4chan and is absolutely associated with child pornography.
Simply knowing this information does not mean I engage in activities, its common amongst internet jokes and viral videos. Members were simply trying to inform you that this bear is actually Pedobear and someone who thinks they are very funny set this all up.
