I hate to rebuke a member, but it is babies we are worried about. The fethish starts at infancy. Again, I encourage people to read an entire thread and not comment only on the title.

i agree, but i think diapers should be used until the baby can control his body.

NOT into the childs older ages were as some parents still keep there child in diapers, some parents even keep there kids into diapers until 18 Thats just DISGUSTING, and i think thats were the problem starts

Re: Parents, do not use diapers! Jesus didn't.

just on the topic of it you're concerned about babies beginning fetishes for wearing diapers just by wearing them when they are young, can you remember one day when you were of age 0 or 1?
most, if not, all people will say no.
and if they do not use diapers, then it may result in them becoming curious and trying it for themselves, in rare cases.
why do you not wear a robe or sandals, because jesus did? why do you not have long hair? i'm just trying to figure out how you follow god. they didn't really have toilet paper back then either. certainly didn't have computers either, or cars, or even superannuation. why are you using these things now if jesus didn't use them then?

In that time they used animal skins and filled them with leaf, grass, and other such material. This probably wasn't too comfy and gave no cause for a fetish in later life.
Just think about the chiggers and ticks and other vermin. Certainly this also led to very quick "potty training". I mean, the child l;earned to control itself.

            Dear Brother,

Amen! The austere upbringing of the Baby Jesus is especially uplifting when you consider what messy movements He must have produced:

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.

            Isaiah 7:14-15
Incidentally, this is also what True Christian(tm) babies should eat -- butter and honey. Mess be damned! (The womenfolk will take care of it.)

            Yours in Him,
            bab

Now we're on it, get off your computer. Did Jesus use a computer? No he didn't.
Turn off your lights and put candles on. Jesus didn't use light bulbs either.

Do you realize how retarded this is..? o_o Just because Jesus didn't do something, doesn't mean you can't either...

                Friend,

You are speaking nonsense; Jesus does use lights and Jesus does use a computer. You forget Jesus still lives. It clear that Jesus doesn't use diapers and He hasn't changed His mind about it the last 2000 years.

O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

Re: Parents, do not use diapers! Jesus didn't.

People, if we stop doing things just because people make fetishes out of them, we would have to stop doing a lot of things. People could just as easily develop a "leaves and hay in leather" fetish as they have a diaper fetish.

The moral of the story is fetishes are bad, appeasing the sinful minority is also bad.

They have no chiggers in the U.K.?
                      here's some background:

The eggs hatch into an ectoparasitic, six-legged larval form which is less than 1/50 inch long. The larva is the parasitic stage that feeds on humans and animals. The orange-yellow or light-red larval stage crawls on the soil surface until a suitable host is found. Suitable hosts range from small mammals to birds, reptiles, and amphibians. Humans are accidental hosts. Chiggers that attach to humans are usually dislodged or die within hours.
Chiggers attach themselves to the skin, hair follicles or pores by inserting their piercing mouthparts. When chiggers attach to humans, they are not usually noticed for some time. During feeding, they inject a fluid into the skin which dissolves tissue. Chiggers feed by sucking up the liquified tissues. The human immune reaction to a bite prevents the chigger from obtaining adequate nourishment. They rarely survive long enough to complete a meal.
Itching from chigger bites is usually noticed 4-8 hours after chiggers have attached or have been accidentally removed. The fluid injection causes welts to appear which may last for two weeks. Some people exhibit an allergic reaction to the fluid which may result in severe swelling, itching, and fever. People mistakenly believe that chiggers embed themselves in the skin or that the welts contain chiggers. Often scratching at the welt results in secondary infection.
Chiggers prefer to attach on parts of the body where clothing fits tightly or where the flesh is thin, tender, or wrinkled. For this reason, chiggers locate in such areas as the ankles, waistline, knees, or armpits.
                      Matthew:
5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled
