Re: My Son Punched His First Queer: So Proud!

I'll have you know that I have read the bible. You've taken my words COMPLETELY out of context. Hopefully this might clear the air.

Why not teach your kids to be loving? Why not chastise them for beating other human beings who happen to like the color yellow? Why not teach kids to be kids, and tell them to accept others?

Also(and I'm taking this completely from your signature), God damns the unforgiving. I am willing to set aside our differences and admit that you are a person who needs respect. However, it doesn't seem like you are willing to forgive me for "Godmocking" or defending homosexuals(you spelled "homosexural" wrong, by the way, it's "homosexual"). But since you have that in your signature, you must also be a hippocryte, who will also be damned. Please explain this and my first point, and I will accept your answer and never bother this thread or you again.
    2 Chronicles 15:13

We do teach True Christian(tm) children to be loving. We teach them to love those who love Jesus. As the Bible commands.

"Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds" -- 2 John 1:9-11

Psalm 139:19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
20 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

Where does the Holy Bible command us to love unsaved scum like witches, atheists, queers, mudslimes, and so on? Post the verse here, Mr. Bible Scholar.

Hang on a second. I never said I was a scholar! Can you put down your claws for a second so we can have a calm discussion?!

Look, you may think I am, but I'm not trying to offend you! I'm simply voicing my opinion that gay marriage is ok! I'm voicing my opinion that punching a kid you don't even know is gay is bad! That's a Constitutional right.

You don't have to "love" them. You can accept them, though. Even if you don't agree with them, you can accept that they're different, right? You don't have to ACT on your dislike(or hatred, which is a sin, Ezekiel).

In other words, you don't have to tell your kid, "Hey, there's a God-hating, Liberal, Homosexual! He's contagioius and you should punch him if he comes near you." You continue to blame the Holocaust on Homosexuals, but the "punch it if you're scared" attitude is the attitude that put us in many wars. You can just say "That kid is gay. Avoid him." You don't have to incite violence.

God says homosexuals are abominations who should be put to death. He also says He will torture them for their perversions forever and ever by burning them alive in His Lake of Fire.

Tell me, whose opinion do you think matters to us? Yours, or God's?

Please show me where "tolerance" is mentioned in the Bible, and explain how you reconcile this "tolerance" of yours with God's command to execute homosexuals.

So yet another "christian" who has never opened a Bible, but is going to tell us what's in it.

Have you not noticed that the first thing we tell people around here is TO ACTUALLY READ THEIR BIBLE?

Nowhere in the Bible does it tell us to accept sinners. We are to rebuke them with love. Or do you think that a mother yanking her son out of the way of a truck, possibly injuring his arm, is an act of hatred. If gays weren't constantly getting in our face, we would ignore them, but if you bothered to look around you, we're in a spiritual warfare for peoples souls, and you idiots sitting on the sidelines cheering people into the gates of Hell are not exactly helping.

Your opinion doesn't mean diddly-squat in God's loving eyes, boy. He doesn't want us to think for ourselves! He demands that we follow His every utterance!

Where does it say that in the Holy Bible? What a ridiculous thing to say. God hates. There is plenty of hate in the Holy Bible.

Proverbs 6[16] These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
[17] A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
[18] An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
[19] A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

I have read the Bible. I thought it was a smashing good read.

I have a gay friend. Her life is filled with confusion and pain. She is a devout Christian and will not be losing her faith anytime soon. She looks and acts like any straight person; if you had a conversation with her, she would not act any different than anybody else. She doesn't want to be gay. Why would she? Do you think that all gay people flame? That they all want to be gay? They don't.

The reason I'm only arguing half heartedly is because to have an argument, both sides must have an understanding of the other side. I understand your side, but do you understand mine?

That is the dumbest thing I ever heard of. Show us a citation that says each side must have an understanding of the other. One only needs to understand his own side to present the material. Are you 12 years old? You certainly don't think like an adult. You are merely spreading your idiocy across this site.

There may be extenuating circumstances, our local lesbian seems to have admitted that she was introduced to the lifestyle at the age of 7. There's demon infestation, lots of reasons, it still doesn't make it any more right. Or are you going to tell me that someone attracted to chihuahua's should be allowed to screw them because they believe they were "born that way". What about psychopaths, according to shrinks they were born that way, should it be okay for them to go through life murdering away?

There are many ex-gay ministries out there, and if your friend "truly believed, had enough faith, and truly repented" then she would be cured. Do you think that the fact "your friend" (yeah it's always "a friend" ) flies under the wire impresses God in the slightest? God hate's Fags, that's one thing that Westboro has got right, even if they do ignore most of the rest of the Bible. God is pretty clear about the homosexual thing.

Your side is that you think God should just accept everyone, no matter how much they put in the effort for the relationship. God isn't like that, and the Bible makes it very clear that there are over 600 rules that need to be followed. Why should he give gays a pass but not the zoophiles or the murderers?

Sister BiG, like usual, is offering you some great, Biblically-correct information here, but I'd just like to quickly elaborate on one point.

God is quite clear on the fact that homosexuality is a sin, but were you aware of this verse?

"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." James 2:10

This verse means that your sodomite "friend" is just as guilty in God's eyes as a rapist, a murderer, a pedophile, a thief or an adulterer. The equality of sins is one kind of equality that the Bible does support.
"Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you. For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him." Matthew 21:31-32

Then why doesn't she keep her tongue out of other women and find herself a nice True Christian(tm) man?

If she is unable to control her lusts, then she should seek psychiatric help.

Do I think all gay people "flame"? I think they will, when God hurls them into His Lake of Fire.

This explains your infantile tirade. You don't want to have to choose between being gay or getting right with God.

Personally, I can't imagine why anyone would choose to be gay. It makes no sense! Why would you want to have man bits shoved inside your male body? Why would you want to be sent to hell for eternity?
